“Our flight was cancelled so we were 24hrs late returning to the car. I feel being charged the full day rate was mercenary. If a fee has to be charged it could be charged at the same day rate as when the original booking was made.”
“Excellent! Car park really close to the terminal, so no dragging cases a long distance. If you choose the long stay then you take your keys with you so no need to search for anyone to get them.
Only thing was the exit signs are very few and far between so had to make a judgement call on which way to go, one or two wrong turns but got there in the end, so all good.”

“I travelled to Liverpool Airport very early arriving at 5.30am. However, I drove into the wrong car park. I had booked meet & greet. When I realised my mistake, I went to the barrier, pushed the button and spoke to a gentleman who was really really helpful. He let me out of the car park and gave me directions to the meet and greet. The only very slight critisim is that there were no directions on my booking form how to get to the meet and greet and it is not very well signposted on the main carriageway. I think a bigger sign is needed. However, once at the meet and greet the gentleman who gave me instructions came out to meet me and was really very friendly and helpful.”
