Just got charged £50 for the pleasure of experiencing the key stone cops working in Liverpool airport. I first checked their website to make sure the flight was arriving on time, it reported it was, yet the person I was picking up reported they were over an hour late taking off. Used flight radar to get a better picture on the arrival time. I arrived 10-15mins after the plane landed but they couldn't find the steps to get the people off the plane. While they found the steps instead of getting the luggage off the plane I think they waited while they sorted out the steps. I got a text saying they had got off the plane so should be out shortly. After about another hour the person I was collecting came out of arrivals gate, apparently while having trouble getting the luggage off the plane they then proceeded to put it on the wrong conveyor and further delay was avoided due to good eyesight. I have sent an email to parking @ liverpool airport, but I will be disputing the transaction with my card company. Management needs to sort itself out, but it's probably part of the plan to fund the 6 figure bonus for the ceo.
