When the drop off section is working smoothly it is ok, but when it isn't it is a nightmare. 3 times over recent months my husband and I have used this. £5.00 FOR 10 MINUTES DROP OFF / COLLECT. On all these occasions there has been a delay which could have caused increased charges . This was either because there was a large queue at the exit barrier or because the payment system was not working as it should have been, making a payment was difficult and the barrier would not lift. On all these occasions other drivers were also affected. The lane which was signed as being for cash payments was closed. People had to get out of their cars to be able to make contact with a help centre, very unpleasant when it rains. The centre staff were helpful, but if the service ran smoothly there should not be a need to contact as often as we have. We will be there again twice over the next 3 days. Hoping for an improvement.
