I was unable to park the car, I was confused that I was not able to go through the barrier as it did not recognise the car registration. The was no one around to help and the result was I missed the flight.
The ticket barriers were not working and I had to wait for the mechanic to fix them and no tickets were being issued.Booking ref: WC01554408 Park Smart. I paid £68.99, I would be grateful for a refund as I had to rebook the flight and go via Manchester Airport the following day. Kind regards Joan Felgate
