On-line booking process was straightforward and car park location is great. When arrived at the car park barrier I was expecting the barrier to read my registration and raise, tried two separate barriers and neither lifted and so I pressed for a ticket and found a space. On departing the car park the barrier stayed down and so I put the ticket into the machine which displayed an £84 parking fee. I pressed for assistance and thankfully I had my booking reference and the barrier was then raised by an operator. Feel the instructions for entering/leaving the car park could be more transparent when booking.
