I was very disappointed at not being able to find easily the meet and greet service and had to go through two car parks at a cost in order to be directed to it. (£5.00 for ten minutes)
Also no one met or greeted us when we arrived and that was disappointing as it’s all automated. I will not be using this service again and will let others know how I feel about it too.
