We booked an paid in advance before our travel, we then upgraded after receiving an email to the multi storey. This process was frustrating as you had to pay in full again rather than just pay the extra. Then on our arrival we were given a ticket to enter, on our way home when pitting the ticket back in the machine it read that we owed over £500, rang the bell and had to wait, had to give lots of details before we could leave. Very frustrating and has put us off since, unfair with young children tired and unsettled, not a smooth process for families
