I pre-paid £100 to park for 11 days at.the long term car park which I've used before but this time the barrier did not go up and I had to take a ticket. I then drove 3 times around the carpark looking for a space to no avail. I was on my own as my partner died in July so I felt very vulnerable and it was dark. I was upset and panicking at this point so parked between 2 cars, not blocking anyone in but it wasn't a parking space. When I returned there was a parking ticket and a letter when I got home for £100 fine. I am so upset and will be appealing the fine. Why should I pay again when I've pre-paid in good faith for a car park space. Not happy at all, disgusting service. Do not mislead your paying customers that you're providing a secure service Liverpool John Lennon Airport!
