I paid £199 online well ahead of schedule for my 1 weeks parking. Ok arriving home, I put my ticket into the machine on level 1 expecting it to say all paid. It requested a payment of £484!! I then went to my car and upon arriving at the automatic barrier is again requested payment of £484. I then contacted assistance as it was poring down with rain and had people queuing behind me getting VERY impatient. After providing the above booking reference the barrier was opened and I received no apology for the technical error and I suspect I won’t have been the only person having to deal with this issue. I suggest someone deals with this problem and ensures it doesn’t happen to anymore unsuspecting people especially those elderly individuals or disabled people who would already have had.a tiring journey.
