I booked meet and greet as I was travelling on an early flight with only my young daughter so I wanted a stress free service. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. The signs for meet and greet are totally inadequate. I could not find the entrance. I was very stressed about the do not stop signs that are very visible all over the airport (maybe try to put meet and greet signs up as much!!). I ended up driving into the short stay and being charged £5 while I double checked my emails on my booking. There was no clear information. I drove out again to look again. Once I realised I couldn’t find the car park I tried to ring but found no phone numbers only a chat service that didn’t understand my question. After 20-30 minutes I drove into the long stay car park, parked and went into the airport. I was directed to the car park attendant which was also difficult to find. By this point I was close to tears, walking with a small child and luggage in the dark. Luckily, at that point the member of staff on duty was a lovely man called Tommy! He is the only reason I am giving this service any stars. He was extremely helpful. He took me back to my car and drove with me to the meet and greet. This journey took us out of the airport and though the edge of the housing estate behind. It would have been impossible to find. Tommy was very helpful and once I knew where the meet and greet service was it is an excellent service. However, there’s no point having an excellent service if no one can find it. Please put up clear signs.
