M&G was so poorly signposted and the post code being the same as other parkings, I accidentally went into Drop-off area, and had to pay 5 pounds to get out of it. The instruction given by the email was not very clear either.
There was nobody at the M&G and all automated - it worked in the end but felt a bit unsure especially knowing there was no number that I can call if things didn't work.
