The new style of scanner on the exit barrier failed to identify the correct detail on my ticket claiming I had already left the park. The barrier did not lift.
In phoning an operator to inform him and request to exit he refused even when he had my reg for reference. He insists on the order reference number which was in my suitcase. The whole affair took 30 mins. Very unsatisfactory. Why change a system that worked before.
