We booked the meet and greet but the instructions supplied were awful and the signage was poor and hence we ended up going to the short stay and having to pay £5 to get out again. Fortunately someone guided us to the right car park and from there on in it was perfect. Easy to drop the key and easy to pick up with our car waiting for us outside. Please send out clearer instructions and improve the signage!
