I was unable to use the parking space booked because my car suffered major mechanical failure the day before my trip. I was unable to find out how to cancel it and the information I did find suggested I could not get any of my money back. Manchester airport will refund cancellations right up to immediately before arrival. In future I will avoid using Liverpool airport and will never bother booking parking with you again. Absolute rip off.
