went back after checking in pressed the help button on the entrance.
lady said doesn't know why but pay now for the new ticket ,cost £8.
same thing happened again on way out number plate wasn't recognised,this time pressed the help button,said doesn't know why barrier never lifted
he lifted the barrier for us
