Very efficient arrival and key drop. Easy to find and friendly, helpful staff. Collection of the car was equally efficient, The only issue is that the distance between the M&G building and terminal is not under cover and is too far in poor weather. We arrived back in a storm and had to face walking across the tarmac from the plane and this was compounded by the exposed distance to M&G.
