“Ive used Liverpool parking before but this time opted to book the fast track so parked nearest the departures and the little extra was worth it. Bagged the nearest spot to the door and was in and through all the check in in under 15mins with the fast track passes. Will be my go to option now whenever using John Lennnon Airport”

Not normally one for reviews but absilutely wish to share my rcent experience at Liverpool Airport. I had booked parking last minute with an alternative operator which was c 5 minute walk from the terminal. Upon arriving at the parking I realised to my horroe that it was an operation that I had to leave my keys with them so they could move my vehicle to an alternaitve location. I as not happy to do this so immediately left that and drove striaght round to long stay at the airport (the official one!). Because of the proximity of my flight I was technically unable to book this on site as i entered the car park. Whilst Inow had control of my cars location I had no clear idea of the eventual cost of the parking which obviosuly was a slight concern. Via the intercom I spoke with a LJL airport parking representative and they fully understood the situation I found myself in and very kindly reassured me that they could a) accomomodate the car no issue and b) would do so at the 'on line" price (as if I had booked it in the first place). Thsi meant I was able to fly sae inthe knowledge that the car was a ok in a secure location, would not be driven while i was away and that I would not face an unexpected/unpalatable bill when i reutrned to the UK. “Very easy to find just off the roundabout just as you approach the airport. 5 minutes walk back to the terminal, spaces were a bit cramped but you can't complain for the price”
