Concept of meet and greet is great, however when our flight was delayed overnight no method of communication and we were charged an extra days fee through no fault of ours

I booked for 10 days which cost me £112.99 but needed to add a day your booking app wouldn't let me book it, so I had to book on a new request that cost me £36.99 for one extra day, that's far too expensive, I don't think I'll be in a hurry to book with you again. Yes it was my fault but also I feel an easy fault to make. Rather than saying we were coming home at 13:00, I put 01:00 and got charged at extra £15 on exiting the carpark. Not ideal and my own fault but would have been nice to have been prompted or an am/pm addition

Signing from entry nor especially helpful. Parking bats not wide enough for medium/large cars.

The automatic barrier did not work on the way in or out. After a long discussion we gained access and similarly on the way out. Why don’t the operators stop cars parking on the only pedestrian route through the car park. Idiots park in the pedestrian route through and nothing is done about it.

Easy to find and close to the terminal. It is vast but we still had difficulty finding a space and despite driving round several times could not find any disabled spaces at all. The surface is good unlike some of the mud baths I've experienced in the past, so it wasn't too difficult to get to the terminal and fortunately I was having a 'good' day so made it with a bit of a struggle. Anyone with more serious mobility problems should consider the multi storey opposite the terminal which has 10 disabled spaces on the 5th floor with a lift down.

Our flight was cancelled and there was not an option on your website for a refund only an option to extend our parking. We were only in the car park for two hours as opposed to five days. Could do better.

More signage needed either colour, numbers or clearer zones for parking rows. I counted the trees to find my car!

Unable to enter the car park automatically as it stated in the order process. Had to use the call button to gain access. Only stayed for the day. Prices on the expensive side.

Not been for a while and found it rather confusing, stuck in one way unable to get out, not what you need at 5.00am with other cars piling up behind you. Then on the way out a private van parked up trying to catch folk speeding. I’m better informed now but the booking didn’t make it clear there were multiple different car parks.

Arrived at 6.15am and not many spaces available, parked at far end of the site (under the bridge) having spent 15 minutes looking for a space Having used the multi storey previously I would recommend that option for a higher price to save frustration and anxiety before joining the queues at security

It’s confusing which car park you have booked. You should make it clear where to go on the “map” that u email through. Use a cross. Put some signs up that point to the car park. Fix the website so that when u want to extend the time you can do so. Rather than presently where it just goes in a pointless, stressful and annoying loop.

TBH , it worked out ok , but it didnt feel like meet and greet as i never saw anybody from the parking team , it was all self service and my resposibility to make sure the keys were labelled correctly and put in the key box - which in my opinon should have a bigger sign to say deposit key here , i was not only one looking for where the key went.

If you are old and have walking difficulties , no disabled parking spaces no closer to walk to terminal than purple parking other side of airport and half the price

Everything worked very smoothly so I would use Smartpark again. My one criticism is the drivers who think it's appropriate to park on the marked pedestrian walk ways. This forces pedestrians into the road. Perhaps you should issue penalty notices to these drivers?

I pre booked a space in the multi storey car park. On entering on 17/5/25 I was issued with a ticket. I thought it was number plate recognition if you pre booked. On leaving the car park 21/5/25 the ticket was not recognised and the barrier remained down. The screen said I owed £232. At this point cars were starting to queue up behind me. I pressed for assistance and eventually this was answered. I had a booking reference which I gave to the attendant who after checking it raised the barrier.

Booking was easy. Car park 10min walk to terminal. Barrier failed to open on exit - was still within allotted time. Call the button man and it was sorted . So Ok but not seamless.

Easy to get there parking was a problem no disable space after 4or5 laps of the carpark I got the last space 2 spaces taken up by parking over the white lines
