“Found it to be very expensive and hard to find a space which was in the open and right against the fence. Previous vehicle damage with glass all over the floor”
“The instructions that were sent 2 days prior to our departure from Liverpool Airport were absymal as they did not instruct you to go round the back of the airport and to not approach the Airport by turning left before you reach the airport. Consequently at 5.00 in the morning we are having to reverse from the car parks to turn round and go out of the airport to take the first right on to Dunlop Road which is how you access the car park. Very frustrating and stressful which is not what we wanted before we went on our holiday and especially when we paid a higher cost to stay in the Fast Track car park.”
“Marginally better than most airports and significantly better than Manchester. However, signage is poor and I spent several minutes driving around trying to find the exit. Very limited space but I’d say better than most airport car parks.”
“Not good guidance on where you go... The postcode takes you to a different entrance to which the frustrated operator tells you to turn around and go to another entrance. Once we came back I put the ticket upto the machine to be told ticket unknown and I owed £115.00...once again pressed the button for assistance, had to go on my phone for reference number to explain to the operator. No response just opened the barrier.
Think things need improving never had an issue with Manchester or Leeds.”
“Parking was sufficient, I struggled to find a space and when I went to exit within my allotted period the barrier did not raise automatically. I had to contact help, which was resolved but was timely.”
“It was easy to book and simple to get in and out of the Car park with the number plate recognition. It's open air Carmarthen but the main downside (as with all airport parking) is the rip of prices. Many see this as unavoidable bit I do feel airports rip you off.”
“Easy access from local road and motorway network. Close enough to airport on a dry day, but could get very wet on a bad day. Often very full and can be difficult to find spaces although I would hope they never overbook.”
“Our eventual parking spot was perfect as it was directly next to the terminal. However, the directions to it were awful. We entered 2 different car parks trying to find the Fast Track parking, and had to pay to get out of both. Please ensure you give exact directions with signage to the Fast Track car parks.”
“I paid for a meet and greet parking for 2 nights which was just under £50 which added a third of the cost of my trip. When you buy meet and greet you think someone would meet you or tell you what you need to do! But no you have to work it out for yourself. I when I did use the machine it had ran out of returning ticket receipts, I had to bang on a door and hope for the best! It all when ok in the end when talking to people behind the door but not the best experience I got to admit.”
“Used fast track parking. Had an early flight and there was easy access to car park. However entrance to tha airport building was closed so it was more of a slow track entry. Exit was ok and fast.”
“Although close to the terminal and handy in that respect, the cost of parking at the Long Stay Car Park at Liverpool Airport has increased to such an extent that I have decided to no longer use the airport which is a shame as it does offer such good facilities.”

Difficult to actually find a parking space, drove around for 15 minutes and was starting to panic.
The actual car park is not very well maintained. There are all trees growing through the tarmac around the edge.”
“Nice to see a big sign at meet & greet entrance. Signage into the car park area itself confusing especially the dark & alot of cars turning 1st right & having to reverse. Route to entrance needs clearer markings. Kiosk machines ok to operate if you’re used to the button pressing world. Member of staff was sitting in the back office when customers were clearly struggling. It wouldn’t hurt them to get up & help as I guess that’s what they’re there for. Key collection easy. Will definitely use again.”
“Good: well located. Not so good: confusing layout, get lost easily. Poor: needs more clear signs indicating zones and areas. Needs lots of and better signs to terminal building. Needs better signs to zones and areas, and better lighting.”
