Good parking (Park Smart), thats easy to use and 5min walk to airport entrance and price was OK/as expected (£18, for 1 day). One bad point is i managed to book the wrong day/date (i needed sunday and had booked, the saturday the day before). I did struggle to get in at 5am and after seeking assitance & discussion they lifted the barrier without saying ther was a problem on the booking, but when i came to leave they insisted i pay extra £30... which was a surprise as in the morning they hadent mentioned my booking error when the ANPR didnt work. Whilst i accept its my mistake, their booking system is a bit confusing as the layout is a week/calender starting with sunday, not monday.. so i mistakenly clicked the wrong day on the calender. while thats my error.. you think maybe they could of mentioned this at entry or been a little fairer with the extra £30 fee and reduced it a little .. as I have ended up paying almost £50.. not £18. lesson learned for next time but it was easily done and i felt a bit harsh with the exit fee... perhaps paying £18 would of been a fair comprimise.

I don't think the sensor identified my car on entering and therefore I could not get out. Luckily your colleague had all my pre-booked details and let me out. the man in the car next to me had the same issue. Normally it is not a problem

Car park is fine but be careful which one you are booked into or you may have to pay extra to get out.

It was frustrating that I lost my car park fee and had to book again when my flight was cancelled after I was due to be in the car park.

Easy Entry. There was a lot of litter. The charging policy is inflexible.

Esay as they always are, but no staff to assist.

Very disappointed that the huge car parking area on the left as you enter the car parking has been closed this just makes it more difficult to find a space and will be horrendous when it is a busy period.

Ironic that a meet and greet car park turned out to be automated. Maybe a robot will be planned next time to actually mert and greet. Misleading. So beware.

I lost my bearings when coming back to the car at night having dropped it off in the day So took me a while to find it Is there a way you could number the car bays so that at least you can make a note of the number bay u are parked in?

Parking location is very good, however due to increased costs it will cheaper for us to use a taxi in the future.

The idea of pre booking is a great idea but in reality the car park we should have been in was not clear, if you have never been before. At the sign for carparks, we should have turned left not straight on and after entering and paying £18.00 to exit the wrong car parks, we ended up still in the wrong place. But where permitted to stay there as we had a parking reference. Next time, we will know where to park. Not the best experience in the dark.

I couldn’t find any disabled spaces - are there any? I didn’t see any signposts for them. I ended up being away down at section 14 which is a long way when you have a suitcase! I had to park between 2 cars as all the end ones had gone - these are my next option as I struggle to get in and out of my car.

Used the Smart Parking at LPL. Easy to book and get into the parking area. However, we had to park right at the far end of the car park and there were no luggage trollies available so my wife and I had to manually wheel our heavy luggage all the way across the car park and into the terminal. My wife requires special assistance and the effort of wheeling our luggage that distance caused her some mobility issues and discomfort once in the terminal.

I used M&G for the first time - the parking directions and signage needs to be improved. i made an incorrect turn as there were 2 large concrete blocks in the road and so i turned right thinking that was the M&G entrance. Using the intercom i discovered i had to drive around the concrete blocks which to be clear are in the middle of the road to reach the M&G entrance. I was doing this at 4am in the pitch black and so it was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Fast track parking was excellent and really convenient, but difficult to find. Badly signposted and felt the confirmation email didn’t give very clear instructions, went in through the long stay car park and it cost me £12 to get out, even though I’d been in there for no longer than 2 minutes

I paid in advance for along stay carpark. When we arrived back from holiday, on leaving the carpark the barrier failed to rise. The friendly man on the intercom notified me that I had parked on the wrong car park. He told to pay the difference and released the barrier. The only problem is that I followed the long stay car park signs and ended in the wrong carpark. It would have made a great deal of difference if I had been provided with clear details of the carpark location with specific coloured directions.

We have used yo a few times and always have trouble coming home when we get to the barrier it always will not let us out. Should automatically let us out with number plate but always have to use the intercom with cars behind us.
