Unfortunately I was charged £28 upon returning to my Car after my holiday due to apparently being parked in the incorrect. Arpark which I was unaware I was parked in due to booking Short stay Carpark 2months in advance and only having booking reference number I had to ring the bell for assistance as the Barrier stated My bill was £228 for my 4 day parking. Understandably I was shocked it was 1.15am the lady I spoke to explained there was 2 Shirt Stay parking sites which I was not aware of as I used Liverpool John Lennon Airport Parking Site online to book my parking in advance so was not happy at all. I will not be using Liverpool John Lennon Airport Parking again as I found this to be very upsetting and misleading.

need better sings for long stay, I got confused and parked in multi story. What a shock when I went to leave and a charge of over 400 pounds was showing on the screen. I spoke to the intercomm and gave my booking reference including my pre-payment and the charge to leave was reduced to 38 pounds!

Really difficult to find the right car park, we got charged £20.00 in total by driving in and out of 2 car parks on site before we located the correct car park.

It's called Meet & Greet. We weren't met or greeted! Just guessed that we had to park somewhere then a fully automated fumbling around with various signs and screens in an empty room and deposit boxes. Staff may have been around somewhere, but obviously very shy. Suggest changing name to No Meet & No Greet.

The parking was good and very convenient for the airport but I felt that it was considerably overpriced.

When we arrived we found it very difficylt to read the signs for the car park we had booked , I am sure the very bad weather wasnt any help , but I am also sure better lighting over the signs would have helped, by the time we had parked and made our way to the terminal we were drenched , any possiblity of under cover protection for such bad weather to the terminal.???

The entry and exit ANPR system worked fine in the Long Stay car park. However, finding a parking space proved near impossible. Having booked and paid for parking several months in advance, this is not acceptable. What should have been a smooth experience became quite traumatic, bearing in mind check-in time requirements. The capacity is either insufficient or ‘overstays’ are an issue. The lack of an attendant on site (either physical or through speaker) added to the problem. This is the worst way to begin a journey.

The problem I had was to find the correct short term car park. There appears to be no instructions on the confirmation email. I went into the multi storey short term carpark by mistake and nearly had to pay over £200. You have make clear which carpark is for stays of say 4days.

Disappointed came back to a fine on my car when we arrived on 23/08/2025 at 4.15 am there where no spaces available my wife has a spine fracture and has arthritis in her hips so we had to find a space as quick as possible near to the terminal, I've paid £130.99 for ten days parking so I would like you if possible to sort this out as I'm upset over this

Have used the Q-Park before with no issue at all. Used the Long stay park this time as it was slightly cheaper, and slightly closer but found that as I had to get a taxi back to collect my car the taxi was charged £6.00 to drop me off, literally for 10 seconds. Which is a complete Joke. but lesson learned I wont be using the long stay car park again if I can help it. Oh and the two times using the long stay previously the camera didnt recognise the number plate so tried charging me full price again so had to phone the attendant (who was very helpful). But still a slight inconvenience.

Last visited Liverpool Airport 30 yrs. ago. Normally use Manchester which has now become v. busy. M&G difficult to find at 3am despite fence banner. I initially didn't believe it was at the end of the track and it wasn't obvious where the terminal building was as it was so quiet. Having found the location it worked well. Try and keep on top of the litter. I will use it again to avoid the Manchester congestion. Consider illuminated signage for visitors arriving at night and resurfacing the access road.

Coming back to the car after a night flight theres not much lighting. When trying to leave the car park the signage for the exit could be more clear

Car parking was straight forward and easy to find with WTW. My only issue was early drop off time and late collection time. I dropped off 30 minutes early and picked up an hour late and was charged £15.00, given that I parked for 4 and half days for £56.00 I thought the charges were a bit steep. Overall service was good but as opposed to just letting customers know late charges apply it would be good to know what those charges will be per hour.

I used the "Meet and greet" service at the airport. This is a review with two parts. On the way out it was excellent. When I booked I put my return date as the Thursday because that was when my flight back set off. I hadn't considered that it landed on Friday morning at 2am. When I got the the car park I had £25 extra to pay. I found a member of staff to pay the extra, after explaining he very kindly waived the charge. He then directed us to departures and explained what to do on the way back. If this was the whole story I would have given 5 stars. On the way back I left arrivals at 4am, I looked for the sign post to the "Meet and greet" however there aren't any. The Multi story, Long stay and Express drop off/collect are all clearly sign posted. After walking around for 15 minutes I asked a Steward where the Meet and greet was. They directed me, and I mentioned there were no signs their response was that they have told them multiple times. I went to get my keys and mentioned to a member of staff that there are no signs. I was met with the sarcastic response of "But sir you came here when you dropped your car off.". After being awake for nearly 24 hours it was all I could do to hold my temper. I reminded him I arrived from the entrance in the day and hadn't thought to drop a pin on Google maps because I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough not to sign post a Meet and greet service at an international airport. This part of the service I would give 1 star. On balance 3 stars seems fair.

First time parking in Liverpool airport, good parking no problems finding a space it’s only a short walk to the terminal however I would say parking is a lot more expensive than other airports

Booked online for what I thought was the main carpark, hadn't realised that I'd booked the smart park untill I tried to leave the main carpark and was told I needed to pay an extra £14 . It's not a really big issue but it wasn't particularly clear when booking on line thanks
