“The procedure was simple, the only problem I had and it wasn't the car park fault was that my smoothie drink exploded in my car and it took me 30 mins just to clean the drivers side window screen, the car was an absolute mess, for an exemplary review the car park could of helped to clean it.”
“Entering the airport parking was simple..
But coming out at 24.00hrs was a joke.
The barrier failed to open, and I was told I had entered the wrong carpark.. Not possible I told the operator..
After a long day this was not funny..
He apologised for his mistake and opened the barrier”
“Meet & Greet is anything but!
Nobody MEETS you so nobody GREETS you.
It is totally impersonal & sterile but at the same time highly efficient once you master the mechanisms
Would I use again, or not?
Well maybe. It depends in price as I'm not sure if it's closer to the entrances as the multi storey or Long stay frontage”
“Overall the parking experience was ok, on arrival to the airport pre departure there were no car park spaces available and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to leave before getting a space. This was stressful when you are about to get a flight. Leaving the car park after our holiday was brilliant and we drove straight out. Would have been 5 stars if we could find a space on arrival.”
“We used the long stay parking for 4 nights recently and found the experience dissapointing. On arrival we found it quite difficult to locate a free space and suggest that there should be a marshall who can point people in the right direction. The main problem though was finding the car when we got back. We knew we had parked in Zone B area but due to lack of lighting around 11pm on 29/3 (Floodlights didn't seem to be working) it was very dark and took us 10/15 mins to see the car. The lighting needs improving or switching on !!”
“First time using this airport and using meet and greet . However the biggest problem was the Meet and great signage was not on the offical car park signs but on a banner strapped to fencing which had curled over . Some we sailed past it and ended up in a one way system which we could not reverse out of for a short stay car park or drop off . So had to pay £6 for the privilege of driving through the drop off and ask directions to go where we were supposed to be . However once the process was good for booking in and collection .”
“I used the postcode quoted on the acknowledgement after paying and put it into Google maps on the day.
This led me to the wrong gate (bus lane) which took up valuable time and unwanted stress whilst I waited by the gate waiting for the assistance button to be answered.
Once answered they were able to direct me, however, this should be looked into.
I was travelling from the direction of Runcorn.”
“I didn't realise there were numerous car parks at Liverpool airport and subsequently didn't realise I had booked the long stay car park.
Due to the road conditions mainly the M57 we were pushed for time and it was very difficult finding a space in the long stay car park”
“Good long stay carpark
I got lost and ended up going through the drop off section before I had to exit. There was a 6 pound charge for 1 minute.
Maybe there should be a timer on the entrance/ exit so that under 1 minute is not charged”
“The booking, and entry/exit of the multi-stay car park was effortless.
However, the spaces themselves are not large enough for modern cars, and for those that prefer to back their cars in, getting luggage in and out of the boot was difficult without unloading first before parking.”
“Booking easy, entrance easy ..
Hard to find a space - eventually found one, poor directions for Exit . All in all always great to fly from Liverpool !!”
“The cat park is close'ish to the Terminal and, fortunately, it wasn't raining. However, I had forgotten where I had parked the car so, when we returned, I spent some time walking round looking for it. More signage would have helped me to note where we parked.”
