“Paid extra for meet and greet. No one met us and no one greeted us . We were left alone to work out how to use the automated system . Same on our return .
Also when we left vehicle we noticed we were walking past car parks nearer to the terminal . Not a long work but meet and greet is normally nearer. Next time will
Just pay normal
Parking”
“It was sold as meet & greet but no meet or greet as it was our first time we had no idea what to do or where to leave our keys luckily we asked another customer to show us. Up side so close to the terminal building”
“The parking was hard to find, we ended up in 2 car parks. The signs were too small. Once we found it everything was straightforward and we will know where it is for next time.”
“The postcode takes you to main car parking area at the airport and there is absolutely no signage on the main road to find the meet and greet easily.
For such a high price I would expect better. Also the walk is quite long and when it rains you will get soaked.
Not as good as meet and greet at Manchester”
“Parking was very easy. Fast track was a waste of time. No queue but security team were so disorganised that it still took 20 minutes to get through. Would hate to be travelling at peak time.”
“No one to meet or greet you, all ‘self sort’. Key don drop off confusing, no previous mention that you needed to input flight number or return time until it appeared on the screen. And this despite having to include these items when you initially book online. Retrieving the car much easier.”
“Always use long stay at Liverpool but surprisingly for October car park relatively full and spent some time finding a space, otherwise good as normal”
“Satisfied apart from 1 thing... arrows indicating way into carpark are worn away and due to this I went into another carpark area where it cost me 5.00 to get out..”
“On arriving at the aitport there are NO directions for Meet and Greet, it cost us £5
after going into the wrong car park, then trying to work out how to get there.
Once we found it, everything worked fine, but please note this is an UNMANNED
site, just a computer!”
“Spent 10 minutes driving around to try and find a park. Pretty sure we got one of two empty spaces. There were cars parked ourside of designated bays and even on pedestrian walkways. Seemed completely overbooked to me.”
“It would be a lot easier if there were more exit signs especially in the dark if you’ve arrived on a late flight, also entry signs as the Sat nav postcode took me into the bus lane entrance around the back of the long stay car park.”
“Great location just a short walk to and from terminal. Unfortunately when we tried to pop our keys in experienced a few difficulties which quickly became quite stressful. Firstly when we entered the reg our old car came up, haven’t owned that for about 3 years but have a personal plate. Had to keep changing it on the system as our flight didn’t come up either! After 6 or 7 attempts and the use of different machines it became quite stressful. Tried asking a guy busy moving cars but he basically ignored us. Eventually tried knocking on a random door and someone came and helped us, he had trouble too but eventually had us sorted. Friends who arrived same time as us, but were in a different car park, were sitting in the lounge relaxing a good 30 minutes before we got there.”
“The parking was fine in the long term car park. When you enter, however, it is not clear where you are going to find a space and the signs aren't that clear. We were driving around for some time before we realised that the top left of the car park was where all the spaces were and how to get there. Perhaps more could be done on making that clearer.”
“Short walk to departures but signage on return was poor. There did not appear to be clear signs for long stay park when we left arrivals and parking areas A B & C were differcult to find.”
