It is an excellent way to park prior to departure but far too expensive,I can get a taxi to and fro much cheaper.

Satisfied apart from 1 thing... arrows indicating way into carpark are worn away and due to this I went into another carpark area where it cost me 5.00 to get out..

On arriving at the aitport there are NO directions for Meet and Greet, it cost us £5 after going into the wrong car park, then trying to work out how to get there. Once we found it, everything worked fine, but please note this is an UNMANNED site, just a computer!

Easy to use with number plate recognition. Exit signs are poor and disabled parking was full

Spent 10 minutes driving around to try and find a park. Pretty sure we got one of two empty spaces. There were cars parked ourside of designated bays and even on pedestrian walkways. Seemed completely overbooked to me.

It would be a lot easier if there were more exit signs especially in the dark if you’ve arrived on a late flight, also entry signs as the Sat nav postcode took me into the bus lane entrance around the back of the long stay car park.

Great location just a short walk to and from terminal. Unfortunately when we tried to pop our keys in experienced a few difficulties which quickly became quite stressful. Firstly when we entered the reg our old car came up, haven’t owned that for about 3 years but have a personal plate. Had to keep changing it on the system as our flight didn’t come up either! After 6 or 7 attempts and the use of different machines it became quite stressful. Tried asking a guy busy moving cars but he basically ignored us. Eventually tried knocking on a random door and someone came and helped us, he had trouble too but eventually had us sorted. Friends who arrived same time as us, but were in a different car park, were sitting in the lounge relaxing a good 30 minutes before we got there.

The parking was fine in the long term car park. When you enter, however, it is not clear where you are going to find a space and the signs aren't that clear. We were driving around for some time before we realised that the top left of the car park was where all the spaces were and how to get there. Perhaps more could be done on making that clearer.

Short walk to departures but signage on return was poor. There did not appear to be clear signs for long stay park when we left arrivals and parking areas A B & C were differcult to find.

Unfortunately the disabled parking spaces were full and it took a while to get one .

When arriving in the dark I found that the signage after entering the car park was a little confusing. Clearer signage on which parts of the car park to use would help.

Very convenient for the terminal Easy entry and exit Very unlikely to be using the airport again due to the exorbitant parking costs in comparison to Glasgow and Edinburgh which we use regularly. This is a shame as we live equidistant to all three airports but did enjoy the experience of flying from Liverpool.

Parking in long stay zone B was fine ,but found signposting to the exit not very easy . Drove round a few times before finally exiting

In the long stay car park which I pre booked, it was necessary to go to the east end of the open area, beyond the underpass, to find any spaces. The parking area was strewn with discarded rubbish and overgrown with weeds on the surface.

Parking isn’t a problem, it’s very easy to locate and only a two minute walk to the terminal. Albeit as someone who flies regularly from various airports, this is without a doubt the most expensive airport parking in the north of England.

Meet and greet not very well sign posted when leaving the airport. Nor is position of where car parked very clear when picking up keys. Had to wander around the car park to find it

Not many spaces, outside and brisk 5 min walk to the terminal. Was expecting to be in the multi storey

We used the meet and greet service. On arrival we found it really badly sign posted and ended up getting stuck in the multi story and needing assistance on where to go as the postcode or road signs couldn’t get you there. The night assistants were very helpful and friendly! The meet and greet system worked fine, drop off and pick up was easy enough but it’s definitely not worth the extra money at Liverpool. It’s right next to the other car parks so in future will just use those.

The parking location is great. Not exactly closer than the other car car parks but matters little. Although the walking route with a case is very rough ground for case wheels. Actually surprised they are still attached. But they are. Especially as my car was round the road system behind the meet and greet cabin.
