“The parking would have been great except I could not exit. The ANPR system did not appear to work so did not recognise me entering and wanted to charge me £130 to get out. The help call sorted things, but the instructions and/or process needs to be looked at. I had a QR code on my phone but nothing to tell me I had to use it to gain entry.”
“I used the long stay car park and it was really close to the terminal which was great. The signage to exit the car park was awful and ended up driving round a few times to find it.”
“After missing the turning due to poor signage and sat nav with the post code you supplied taking us to the drop off zone and having to pay £5 to get out we finally managed to find the car park no one about to be able to assit if needed not that impressed, first time we had used Liverpool airport”

“It was sold as meet & greet but no meet or greet as it was our first time we had no idea what to do or where to leave our keys luckily we asked another customer to show us. Up side so close to the terminal building”

“The postcode takes you to main car parking area at the airport and there is absolutely no signage on the main road to find the meet and greet easily.
For such a high price I would expect better. Also the walk is quite long and when it rains you will get soaked.

“Parking was very easy. Fast track was a waste of time. No queue but security team were so disorganised that it still took 20 minutes to get through. Would hate to be travelling at peak time.”
“No one to meet or greet you, all ‘self sort’. Key don drop off confusing, no previous mention that you needed to input flight number or return time until it appeared on the screen. And this despite having to include these items when you initially book online. Retrieving the car much easier.”
