“Average spaces in a small car park with narrow entry’s/roads. Seems secure and had no issues with my vehicle.
Barriers didn’t work on the way out which is strange since I managed to get in without an issue.”
“Signage for parking was worst I have ever seen. Had booked undercover fast track parking which we never found. Airport itself was fantastic with no issues, but finding way to the correct car park at four in the morning in pouring rain was a nightmare.”
“We had to drive around the whole car park looking for a space, finally after about 15 minutes,a group of lads were leaving,they kindly kept the space while we went all the way around, not good, someone needs to check how many bookings vs how many spaces.”
“The car park process is good however be aware that if your flight gets delayed coming back you will have to pay an extra £15 there is no flexibility for people who get delayed through no fault of there own.”
“Sorry a bit disappointed.I thought this was meet and greet.I had some trouble booking my car in when I arrived,no one there to greet or assist with booking in.I eventually found someone to assist.I had to go and find him.Not a good start to my holiday.

“My husband and I arrived mid evening and found the access was good and clear.
It was raining and quite dark so we chose a space between all the other vehicles
and happily parked and it was only a short distance to departures. We collected the car a week later.
Since coming home we have received a summons for parking illegally. Why?

“The parking was great and very easy to navigate. It was very quick and easy with a very short walk to the terminal too! It was brilliant once we got there! It was a nightmare to find and at 6am after driving for nearly 2 hours it was a massive headache. We even went into 2 wrong car parks and had to pay £13 before we got there. I am hoping to receive an email back to reimburse my expense”
“Its a great facility, but i must be honest its not as well kept as i used to remember, weeds and rubbish were an eyesore and some areas need re surfacing quite badly.”
“The Meet and Greet Car Park was ok but the directions to it were misleading. The directions said to use post code L24 1YD which led us to the main Airport entrance, but once we arrived we couldn't see any signs for the 'Meet and Greet' and we were forced into the either the 'Long Stay' car park or the 'Drop off'. We subsequently followed the 'Drop Off' route and had to enter the carpark and pay £8 to emerge back outside the Airport one minute later. Clearer signage is required at the airport and it should warn us that we had to follow Dunlop Rd to get to Hale Rd”
“Parking good but I emailed twice after the booking to ask about any assistance for blue badge holders and received no reply. Very disappointed but typical of this type of organisation so not surprised”
