Super expensive, hard to find free spot. It’s close to the terminal though.

Since we last used Liverpool Airport, the car park areas seem to be a lot more full, even though it was not school holidays at the time of our visit. Possibly this is because there are more flights from the airport without enlargement of the facilities but as it was, it took us a long time to find a space and then walk our luggage to the terminal on a hot day. We did not feel relaxed when we finally arrived at Departures

The actual parking process was good but the map of how to get to location and the correct route to take could be improved. Map seemed wrong way round, so ended up taking incorrect route. The rest of the process was really easy to follow, and very beneficial to park so close

The parking location in the long stay is ideal,a 3-4 min walk to the terminal. But over the past few years I have seen the cost for a weeks parking increase from £46 to £83 so beginning to question value for money.

Car parking wasn't very clear as we parked in long term parking When we returned from our holiday We was told we had parked in the wrong car park and had to pay extra Looking at the small print we can't claim anything back.

Not the best drive around the car park for the best part of 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot, only to beat to it by another customer.

Tight spaces and complete lack of useful exit signs on the road surface and lit signs. Took me 10 mins at night driving round in circles looking for the exit! Apart from that great being so close to the terminal.

Really poor signage led to me entering the normal car park with no people in attendance I had to pay £5 for 5 minutes in the car park before falling accidentally on the actual car park.

Signage is appalling - got completely lost trying to find the areas where it said spaces were available

The long stay parking itself is absolutely fine and convenient. The rip-off doubling of the charges isn’t. 2 weeks parking in February cost about £70. In June it was £145!

I didnt use the Car Park for long as my Easyjet flight was cancelled. I assume I will not receive a refund ? Also the signposting to the car park was poor !

Secure enough although where we was parked the trek to the car after we returned was horrendous plus on the journey back home I was surprised at how far we had to travel before we came across a petrol station to get services needed after a not so good return to the Uk so anyway lessons learned! See you again soon. Airport departure was relaxing so we will be using the facilities again. Ps thank you for keeping our car safe 🫶🏻

Booked a spot on your Long Stay Park, but had a disabled person on board, only to find that the disabled spaces were cordon off to facilitate construction buildings. I could only find a space at the far end of the car park. That meant my disabled passenger had to walk a long way although she had dodgy knees. This was very disappointing

Poor signage for meet and greet and reality is - its not a meet and greet. Unlike many airport facilities, this one you have to drive yourself through the camera system. Choose a lane (of which there was 3 and middle of the night so noone around to ask. Walk around to figure out where you put the keys - which is inside a porta cabin. Follow not very straight forward instructions and hope to god youve done it correctly (creating a label which requires you to input your booking ref, car reg. Attach that to a key fob and zip tie onto car key). then keep everything crossed that youve done it right as you post through a box where the single key promptly got wedge half way down the shoot. This is all with view youve paid a premium price for a meet and greet. Not aceptable imo especially as other car park users in short stay and fast track are using the same system and portacabin as you who have paid less for the privilidge and in adjacent carpark. Service (or lack of) was poor on way out but thankfully car was straightforarwd to collect AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR printed receipt from the start of booking. Couple had lost theirs and they couldnt get anyone to hep them sort out what to do - as surprise surprise there is no meet and greet facility.

More signage needed for meet and greet followed directions for car came to the junction and signage disappeared so went left towards airport and the had to pay the £5 drop off charge to get out of drop off point backtracked to where signage stopped turning left and it was there but no sign saying so . Once in all was good

Car Park was really busy and we had one of the last few spaces in section G. I wondered how the Jet2 flights going from Liverpool would affect the car parking, and I expected it to be busier, but it was really a lot busier. I don't mind as long as there are empty spaces, but my gripe was the cost. It cost me £20 more to park in the standard car park at Liverpool than it did to do Meet and Greet parking at Manchester Airport. The process was really smooth and despite the cost I will use again.

Too expensive. Arrived 0030 as precooked. Expected barrier (ANPR) to open. It didn’t! Tried to find the button on the ticket/meter stand to summon assistance but as the only dim light was the light on the meter screen lighting only the meter screen I could not seen any call button apart from the “Press for Ticket” button - which I pressed and received a pay on departure ticket. There were no overhead lights light a constricted entrance. All in all a below par performance for expensive parking at what is otherwise one of the best UK airports I use. Shame on you LPL (or your contractor if this is outsourced; if so sack them for their could not care less attitude).

It does the job. Very expensive for a parking space outdoors on rough tarmac. Took a while to find a space. However is close to airport and simple enough.
