“Used the inappropriately named meet and greet, found nobody around to either meet or greet us. Just left to drive into a lane. Struggled with machine and was helped by another customer. Eventually someone appeared but walked straight out until my partner stopped him and asked him to go back to assist me. On arrival, very poor signage left us very stressed driving around trying to find the carpark. Ended up on the wrong carpark but was helped by the person on the intercom machine who let us off that carpark and directed us. Would definitely not use meet and greet at this airport again.”
“I like the idea of having airport parking so close to the terminal. The parking area is vast and covers a huge area. Quite simple to find and clearly marked. The only real negative really was at the time of our arrival there wasn’t any disabled slots left so I had to park at the farther end. Quite a large area was sealed off due to some construction works of some sorts. My partner struggled to walk the distance due to her on going mobility problems. The booking was simple and priced competitively. Will definitely use again.”
“The service at the meet and greet is good. We use this whenever we travel. This time however we returned early and I had e mailed to let the team know but they did not acknowledge the e mail despite being asked to confirm so consequently our car was not ready. Not usually a problem but it was 2am so not helpful. The staff on site were very helpful and managed to find our car and with only a 20 minute delay. We will use this car park again as this has been the first issue”
“The convenience and closeness to the airport are ideal, especially when travelling with large suitcases and young children. On the other hand I found the car park harder than it had to be to navigate. There were old painted road signs directing the wrong way, lack of signage and direction in general. I could not find a parking space and ended up eventually finding one in a place I believed to be a different car park. The car spaces themselves were very narrow to get suitcases out of the car, but would use the car park again given the quick access to the terminal.”

Cons: price was very high as I only needed parking for 48 hours, more short stay options would be nice; barrier didn't open for me on departure (I was within my booking times) so had to call and wait for assistance, assistance was good but an unnecessary frustration”
“We were booked into Meet and Greet but it the sign for it wasn’t clear enough so we ended up driving into the drop off area and had to pay £5 to get out and then eventually found the meet and greet afterwards”
“Paid £20 for fast track security in airport. Made no difference at all had to go to the back of queue of people who hadn’t paid & wait. Had a lovely holiday & then had trouble getting off car park had to speak to a rude guy on the tannoy system to get out & avoid paying another £118.
Parking was a stress as the car park was very full & the sat nav sent me in the wrong entrance which cost me £5 to get out.”
“Difficult to find available parking spaces, and signage to find the exit would be a sensible addition so you don't have to go on an expedition to find your way out. Automatic numberplate recognition worked well for us.”
“Booking online was really easy and also at a reasonable rate. Entry and exit on both occasions was smooth and no issues. Only issue was the time spent trying to locate a space on the day as it was really busy. Fortunately I had given myself additional time. One other suggestion would be to add more direction signs for the exit could be better. Perhaps as a suggestion that bookings could be via specific mapped areas of the car park to reduce time spent looking across the large site.”

“Although the proximity to the airport is fantastic, on returning to our vehicle we found that the drivers door had a dent of approx. 8cm caused by another cars door. The distance between cars is too small.”
