“We always preferred to fly from Liverpool but unfortunately that has changed. Car park prices have increased significantly. No shuttle bus, so when you found a space, which is not easy one has quite a long walk. Unpleasant if it rains.
At baggage claim there were 3 toilets for gents, one was out of order, one overflowing, only one worked. Very disappointing.”
“I used the Smart Park car park & found that it was well signposted and well lit as I arrived very early in the morning and it was very dark. Had to search for a parking spot but that is to be expected. It is still a good ten minutes walk to the departure terminal and not too much cover if the weather gets too bad.”
“Parking excellent when found. The signage to the meet and greet on approach by roads and from the concourse to collect was very poor if not non existent- other than that easy to drop off and drive away. Thanks”
“This was the first time we’d used any kind of airport parking, but due to the very early time of our flight thought it would be worthwhile. We paid for the ‘fast track’ parking. We received clear communication about the parking routine; signage around the airport was clear and there were plenty of spaces to choose from.
There was a very short walk to the airport itself - some of which was undercover.
The ‘fast track’ parking enabled us to use fast track security, which was great and definitely
saved us time.
It was equally easy to return to our car and drive home. We would recommend the parking to others and would certainly use it again when travelling from Liverpool.”
“Not a cheap solution but eminently useful for peole with limited mobility. I have used this service annually for a number of years without any issue or complication. I had occasion to telephone the company because of a change in time of my flight, they were very helpful and informed me that there was a four-hour grace period inbound and outbound which alleviated the need to alter my booking.”
“I have marked my score as average as on entry and exit I had to ring the operator to let me in and out.
The car park though is handy for thre airport, but quite expensive for one week. I would have to consider a taxi next time.”
