“Booked a weeks stay online and paid £95, drew up to the gate that should have recognised the car reg but due to traffic hold ups we were late so I pressed for a ticket and parked. On return found exit markings miss leading but eventually went to a barrier that lead in front of the terminal and the barrier would not open, pressed for help, gace reg number and told we would have to pay an additional £16 and we had parked inthe wrong car park!! I have travelled from here 20 or more times and I was baffled.
Both information and road markings need to be clearer!”
“Excellent, first time we have used Liverpool airport. Good value easy walk to the terminal (even 4 weeks after a hip replacement) well sign posted. We were a bit confused on pick up but soon figured it out. Will definately use it again”
“Can't fault the whole experience the different coloured lanes straight into the multi-storey carpark, food at restaurant very good plane took off on time and landed on time despite being held on the runway for 20 mins well done Liverpool airport 9.5 out of ten.

“We often use the long stay car park and it is easy to book. Our booking is always recognised and parking soaces available.
Good value for a week stay but would like to see shorter stays be a little more competitive on price.”
