“I used M&G for the first time - the parking directions and signage needs to be improved. i made an incorrect turn as there were 2 large concrete blocks in the road and so i turned right thinking that was the M&G entrance. Using the intercom i discovered i had to drive around the concrete blocks which to be clear are in the middle of the road to reach the M&G entrance. I was doing this at 4am in the pitch black and so it was an extremely unpleasant experience.”
“We were really happy with how seamless the process is with the vehicle recognition. The only issue we had is that you can't get out of the bottom of some rows so if there are no spaces available its difficult to turn around.”

“Booked the Long Stay parking at short notice and the process was simple. Arrived a couple of minutes early but the barrier opened straight away with a welcome message and plenty of spaces. Literally a minute walk to departures. On leaving after the holiday the barriers again opened straight away. Will definitely use again, the ANPR made it so easy.”

“Easy go get to and find.used multi storey which is right next to the departure/ arrival terminal. And entering/ leaving is easy. Reasonably priced compared to other airports”
“Parking was great, but we came back to find we had a flat battery and there was no assistance for that on site. As it was later at night we had to wait over two hours for some help. This could be a facility that we could put in place to put peoples minds at ease when leaving a car for more than a few days.”
