“We regularly fly from Liverpool because of the convient long term parking. However on this occassion we were asked to pay an additional £16 at the exit gate because the bar didnt lift and let us out as normal. The guy on the phone was quite abrupt in stating we had parked in the wrong area and when we tried to explain we had not he simply cut us off leaving us no alternative to pay the extra. I have since double checked the booking and are confident we parked in the green zone shown on our booking slip as we have previously done and now feel disappointed in the way this vcar park is now being managed.”
“Booked parking but it kept glitching ending up booking for 3 hours as return date kept reverting to same as start date ... then incurred a daily fine £140- surely it shouldnt let you book less than a day as vant travel anywhere in less that 3 hours - £200 for 4 days most expensive car parking event/mistake wont be parking again”
“Arrived on time and although on first sight it was too busy, there was plenty of parking around the side (under the bridge) which isn't too far to walk. 5minutes at most. A little pricey but to be expected at an airport. Why is beyond and description.”
“All good really. Online booking straight forward. Barriers recognised my number plate ok (Entry & Exit). Quite packed but got a space OK. A bit expensive though.”
“Used to go manchester all the time for flight to work in Belfast, I hate manchester airport. Liverpool is just so much better ter in terms of size and location. The processes at Liverpool run much more smoothly as well so going through security etc is a breeze compared.
Parking is mega, spaces are well sized and its so close to the airport itself.”
“Easy to book your car in but , unfortunately we paid for meet and greet, and when we got there there was no a soul to meet you , so why is it ( meet and greet) disappointing”
“Once we found the fast track car park is was great, but the directional signage is very poor and we ended up going through the drop off car park twice (at a cost of £12) before we found the way. Very annoying!”
“The parking was great! Parked up walked straight down to the airport first time flyer here so I needed everything to work and go as planned. The barrier recognised my car and it popped up with my name was great. I will be using it again!”
