“Need better signage as on instructions it said look for family parking and there is none and it meant we went in wrong car park and had to pay also a map would help to say turn right at the roundabout.”
“Easy parking for the airport and the Hilton Hotel. I booked in advance and with the vehicle registration recognition, the barriers lifted as soon as I approached the car park. Lifts from the car park took me to the hotel for my overnight stay and the airport terminal is a few minutes walk from the hotel and car park. Couldn't have been easier.”
“Travelled in Jan 26 and cost around £78 for 7 days and 4 minutes walk to the departures terminal. Entry and exit fine with ANPR technology recognising reg plate.”
“SmartPark parking was Ok, but very frustrating that when exiting the airport building the Car Park sign says go to the right ... when SmartPark is to the left.
Not much fun wandering around aimlessly with suitcases in the rain when your lack of signage was to blame.
On this basis, I would not recommend at this price to anyone else ... Very Poor !!!”

“The signs for the right car park are poor. We parked in the wrong car park and when we returned to collect my car we were asked to payt another £12.00 so we could leave. The directions were poor and I woulod think twice before using them again”

“The parking is confusing, we prebooked parking and then drove up to the barrier that said long stay. On the barrier it said pre booked parking only and then the barrier lifted so we presumed we were at the right car park. Upon leaving the car park however it tried to charge us £108 to get out of the car park. After speaking to the person via the call button on the gate they said we were in the wrong car park so just had to pay the difference which was £8. This confusion could be avoided if proper directions were given rather than a what 3 words address given.”
“Easy to book, reasonable price, plenty of spaces, easy walking distance but if the weather is bad (wind and rain) you are exposed (last experience). Overall very happy with the park.”
