“Park here at your peril or be stung with a £100 fine if you inadvertently park in the wrong bay which you can’t see when it’s dark. I’ve given one star because it’s a short walk to the terminal.”

“Excellent service, booked the multi story on line and all went well with the arrival.
My return flight from the Isle of Man was cancelled which meant I had expended my paid parking.
Upon arrival at the barrier I requested assistance was given the excess amount together with a receipt and advised to claim it back from the airline.
All carried out very efficiently and courteously.”
“We went to the wrong car park by mistake (ours!) and were helped to locate the correct one by member of staff via the barrier loudspeaker. The car park was close to the car hire drop off which was useful as we were meeting friends with a hire car. On the return one of our party was ill and needed a wheelchair. I was provided with one and was allowed to push it to the car and then leave it at the car park which was really helpful. Location very close to departure and arrival and reasonable cost”
“Easy to use. Arrived and barriers went up because of car and reg plate recognition, found a space no problem. The walk is a short distance to the terminal. Exiting was just as easy.”
“Booked Meet and Greet as my partner needs a wheelchair. Quite a long walk for him as no chair or help available, no covered walkway for rain. No help on return, at the key collection office and again a tricky walk to my car for my partner. Won't use M and G again. Liked the airport and assisted passenger service once in the building.”
“We parked on the wrong carpark ,a genuine mistake on our part ,when we came back off our holiday,the multi car park asked us to pay£638 ,after speaking to someone they sorted it out for us and we had to pay £66 ,we were happy to pay this and were very grateful for the gentleman we spoke to for sorting it out for us ,excellent service”
“Used the Fast Track parking and it was excellent, number plate recognition on entry and it confirmed my name/booking. Found a spot easily and was in the terminal in less than a minute. Car was safe and sound upon return.Would definitely use again”
“Easy to park. The ANPR works and it’s only a short walk to the terminal. Airport parking is expensive wherever you go but in Liverpool at least it’s convenient.”
“We decided to upgrade to Fast trak after receiving an offer of only £10 extra. Was really good arriving at the airport and easy to find. Good parking space and very short walk under cover to aairport building. On arrival back though, we struggled to find the car as no signs were visable for Fast Trak as we came out of a different side of the building. Spent quite some time trying to find the car.”
