“I have a blue badge for parking my car and the disabled parking at the long stay Liverpool airport is excellent with just a little walk across to the airport terminal, we have used it before and will use it every time, thanks.”
“Nothing could be easier. Pre-book (good rates), drive up, find a parking space, take a photo of the colour zone and row (e.g., Red 9), and walk over in five minutes. No steps or other issues pulling a wheeled case. No shuttle to wait for. I wouldn't park anywhere else at Liverpool JLA.”
“Good and easy to use. I do have an issue with thee exit barrier every time i've pre-booked as the cameras don't reecognise my reg number and I have to call for assistance to be let out”
“I paid in advance for along stay carpark. When we arrived back from holiday, on leaving the carpark the barrier failed to rise. The friendly man on the intercom notified me that I had parked on the wrong car park. He told to pay the difference and released the barrier. The only problem is that I followed the long stay car park signs and ended in the wrong carpark. It would have made a great deal of difference if I had been provided with clear details of the carpark location with specific coloured directions.”
“Booked Fast Track from 17th January to 31st January 2026. Entry and parking on arrival was quick and easy and there was a short covered walkway to the terminal building. On the return we walked from arrivals hall to the car park only to find the shutters to the car park closed. We had to retrace our steps through the terminal building to the information desk. We were told that the shutters were closed after the departure of the last flight and that to get to car park we had to walk the length of the terminal building outside in the rain! The time was about 22.15. On arrival at the exit barrier they would not open. There was another car in front. We both struggled in the rain and under poor lighting at the barrier to read our booking ref and call your helpline to open the barrier.”
“Prebooked for park smart but unbeknown to us we wrongly parked in the longstay carpark, we were then made to pay the difference, we were so disappointed!!”
“We have used yo a few times and always have trouble coming home when we get to the barrier it always will not let us out.
Should automatically let us out with number plate but always have to use the intercom with cars behind us.”
