“I booked a week parking at the multi story car park, however my trip was extended for an other week. As I had already parked my car I was unable to extend the stay online which would have been extremely useful. I was also unable to find out how much additional charges would be, this should be more prominently available.”
“As is to be expected it was very busy but there is not enough signage for empty spaces meaning lap after lap of car park is needed to find one. I also drive a large 4x4 and spaces are not very wide so contents of car needed be taken out prior to parking.
Upon return it was difficult to find my car as we had to park quite a distance from airport given the length of the car park and the zones of the car park again are not well sign posted”
“Car park was so easy and straight forward to use and navigate. We got a space straight away. And on return so much easier that you come out same side as you went in so no walking for ages to get to your car on return. Literally 3 minute walk if that. 100% use again thank you”
“I have no idea how the car park is policed, there were a load of cars parked in disabled bays not displaying their blue badge, when I arrived I had to park in a standard bay because unauthorised vehicles were parked in blue badge spots. Obviously this will always happen but not a penalty notice in sight. Thankfully the standard bay I managed to find was not too far but this does need to be policed and cars can be removed if in a disabled bay with no badge displayed.”
“I was disappointed with this car park; upon leaving, they charged an extra £25 for an hour of parking, even though we had been asked to enter our flight number when paying, and they had calculated how long we would be there. When I called from the barrier, they told me to do whatever I wanted but said they wouldn't let us out until I paid; they didn't care about the situation and said there was nothing they could do to help. I explained that I was in a huge rush because we had a tired, crying child in the car, but they simply refused to keep talking and hung up on me—doing so several times. I do not recommend it!!!”

As my husband is disabled we left his blue badge in the car.
On our return we scanned the QRcode, got the key and found the car in a disabled space right by the entrance.

“Just Park is right next to the arrivals / departures takes minutes. Easy to book online and only around £98 for a weeks parking. Progress through check in and security was really smooth with no delays. A little queueing but through in minutes.
Went with Jet2 who offer a twighlight check in if you have an early flight. Dropped off car checked in cases and walked to Premier inn, stayed the night and walked straight into security, a doddle.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Don't even consider Manchester.”
