“My first time of flying from local airport which I was very excited about. It was easy locating the airport but entered the wrong car park and got charged £6 on exit, this was bad. I managed to identify correct park. Parking was okay and convenient.
On return and at the exit the machine demanded for £91. This time we managed to get through to someone who confirmed our booking and let us out.
Apart from disappointing £6 charge in the process of looking for car park booked. I will use the car park again.”
“The parking at Liverpool airport is very close and easy, although I would disagree with terminology of meet and greet. As you are not met or greeted, it is now an automated system.
Perhaps worth rephrasing to express drop off and go parking.”
“Very good and easy to park as I’m a disabled driver I only live 15 minutes away but prefer to take our own car park for 7 days or going from Liverpool again in July for 10 days but will probably be cheaper to go by taxi should give discounts for return customers to but would look at getting taxi was a bit concerned about extra charge if you’re delayed Thats not your fault”
“Booked Fast Track car park.Easy to locate and access. Fast track access door to the airport terminal locked so had to trek down to the main door and no fast track access through security once in . Expensive parking for what you get.”

I made a mistake on my booking which was my error, however I could not get into the car park and could not call for help as the assistance button did not work and there was no telephone number for help out of hours.I then had to reverse down the one way entrance to get out. Very disappointed that there was no help out of hours.”
