Not normally one for reviews but absilutely wish to share my rcent experience at Liverpool Airport. I had booked parking last minute with an alternative operator which was c 5 minute walk from the terminal. Upon arriving at the parking I realised to my horroe that it was an operation that I had to leave my keys with them so they could move my vehicle to an alternaitve location. I as not happy to do this so immediately left that and drove striaght round to long stay at the airport (the official one!). Because of the proximity of my flight I was technically unable to book this on site as i entered the car park. Whilst Inow had control of my cars location I had no clear idea of the eventual cost of the parking which obviosuly was a slight concern. Via the intercom I spoke with a LJL airport parking representative and they fully understood the situation I found myself in and very kindly reassured me that they could a) accomomodate the car no issue and b) would do so at the 'on line" price (as if I had booked it in the first place). Thsi meant I was able to fly sae inthe knowledge that the car was a ok in a secure location, would not be driven while i was away and that I would not face an unexpected/unpalatable bill when i reutrned to the UK. “I used the meet and greet car park. It's badly sign posted I wound up in the multi story first. The sign at the junction doesn't refer to it as meet & greet but something else the alternative sends you to all other car parks.”
“Very easy to find just off the roundabout just as you approach the airport. 5 minutes walk back to the terminal, spaces were a bit cramped but you can't complain for the price”
“Had a generally positive experience with Liverpool Airport Parking. The car parks are very close to the terminal—just a short walk, which is really convenient. However, when arriving in the dark, it wasn’t clear which car park matched our pre-booking, and the booking confirmation didn’t specify this either. We accidentally parked in the wrong car park as a result. That said, the staff were excellent and resolved the issue quickly, making sure we didn’t have to pay again. Great customer service overall, but clearer signage and booking details would make the process even smoother.”
“First time id used it, great, forgot where id parked so perhaps letteds or numbers for each line of cars, hi up on a pole would be good, any way, i found mg car ok,”
