“Parking was a reasonable price and close to the airport. Wasn't able to get the payment to go through on the website but the lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, friendly and got it sorted in quickly.”
“On our arrival I found it difficult to know what to do.After a few minutes of working it out we left the car and headed to check in.Again quite confusing and no help from the staff in duty we were told to read poste on wall.
On our return it was easier but unfortunately the car was not locked .
I won't be using this service again.”
“No issues entering or leaving car park. Very efficient and felt my car was secure and safe while away. However the car park was pretty full and I struggled to find a space initially.”
“I booked for something called park smart , which was not the usual car park I thought I had booked. I much prefer the one directly across the road from the terminal building. Its so easy to park and you are in the main building in 2 minutes. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to park in this car park and pay a small additional fee upon exit. Would be good to understand how to ensure we book correctly next time.”

On my way out I had to ring at the gate so they could let me out manually based on the reference number.”
“We were very pleased and happy with the whole experience. It was easy to book online. The instructions before driving to airport were clear. The Driving instructions and signs as we approached airport were easily noticeable. The automatic parking through the area was also quite easy and it was just 5min walk to terminal. If the back entrance is open then it is even less walking and you can take escalator directly to security check area. On return just go to lockers in the parking area and get your keys back to drive home - couldnt be anymore easier. Will definitely book again.”
“Liverpool airport very clean had no problem parking but would say u need to colour code wear u park and put on your email for the customer I parked a few times in liverpool carpark and it's getting better every time I go”
