“Best airport parking facility there is. Never had a problem with them. Plain was delayed an hour. Was half hour late collecting my car on time. They never charged will always go to them.”
“Paid for the long term parking at John Lennon Airport, from 4am on the Monday morning to 8pm Friday evening. Far cheaper than Manchester.
Very easy to locate the long term parking area and found a space straight away. A very short walk from the parking area to the entrance to the Departure lounge, some of it covered by a canopy.
The exit from where we were parked was a bit difficult to navigate due to some works ongoing and the temporary redirect signs were obscured but following the general direction of the regular signs made it easier.
Exiting the Car Park, the barrier automatically recognised the number plate (always a breath of relief at that point) and you exit about 100 yards from the entrance point.

“Booked into wrong car park as map only showed the parks in front of the airport which is where I wanted to park, however it was a car park further down the road which didn’t have disabled parking. So the whole on line booking system needs to be clearer. I’ve spoken to so many people who have had the same problem now so maybe this could be looked at.”
“It was a seamless experience parking in the Park Smart car park at Liverpool Airport. Booked online about a couple of weeks before my trip, turned up at the barrier on the day and my reg no was recognised. Plenty of parking spaces. Parked at the closest to the exit I could find. Kept my keys. Came back from my trip 8 days later and car was just as I had left it. All happy - I would definitely recommend”
“Great experience parking in P15, easy to find, 5 minute walk to terminal (walk depends on where you find a spot in the car park) and cost us less than getting a return taxi would have. Great to land and be in our own car on the way home within minutes.”

“The Park Smart is convenient but expensive. The system works well enough but for an open car park £70 for 4 days is I feel unnecessary. All the airport parking is extorionate and some you have to trek through mud to get to your vehicle. At least PArk Smart is for the most part decent pathways.”
