“Decided to use the carpark at Liverpool Airport as we were coming from Manchester. Did some research first and found that the multistory one was the one most people tended to use. It was so easy to book, and then on the day to find the carpark. Plenty of spaces we were luckily as we found a prime spot on the lower level directly across from the terminals. We had a 5 hour delay coming home, so was worried about going over my expected stay but needn't have worried after speaking to one of the workers there. Will definitely use the carpark again.”
“My favourite uk airport. Great parking area and always a breeze to go though. I live 40 mins from Leeds Bradford airport but choose to drive to Liverpool”
“The email I was sent did not give clear instructions as to which car park to use. Then at exit they attempted to charge me a much higher rate which I challenged but still had to pay an extra charge for parking in the wrong car park. Very disappointed”
“Hi can't say I've been impressed the last couple of times I've used car park, apart from the extortinal price you've started charging I've tried to book into disable parking opposite entrance and both times been told I'm in wrong place last time was charged 20 pounds extra. So I think in future I might start going by ferry.Ive used Liverpool since it was a Nissan hut 26odd years ago and always championed you against any other airport,so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.”
“I was a bit surprised on leaving the pre-booked car park to find the barrier would not open, and I was required to pay a charge of £130 to get out. Having already paid £102 up front. Turns out I was in the wrong car park- so my own fault, but an easy mistake to make given the confusing set-up and signage. I was not aware that "Park-Smart" was different from the long-term parking I thought I booked. Too many options, too much choice, and less-than-wonderful signage make it confusing when in a hurry to get parked up and catch a flight. Thankfully, on querying the charge it was reduced to £16.”
“Very good location almost next to the Terminal, Also a very good key drop off - pick up system with little To no need for any human interaction. (despite being called Meet & Greet) All in all a pretty decent Experience really, even if it was juat a little over-priced when compared to other airports for very similar parking products..”
“Paid for one weeks parking in advance online. On returning the parking system could not identify my car at the barrier and I had to search for a booking reference before I was allowed to leave the car park. Not ideal at 3.00am.”
“We use Liverpool alot as cheaper and easier parking compared to Manchester, but of late you cost has gone up too much, we are now back to having Manchester on our list again.”
“Hello i used your online booking on the day i used the what three words to find the carpark but it tool us just outside the carpark and i could not work out what car park i was supposed to go to there was no local phone number to ring just a 08 number with a nice price per min charge eventually i parked but on the way back i was in the wrong car park and it cost me more money to get out i think a better system would be advisable with exact place to go and a phone number to ring if lost a one that does not cost the earth so i will think twice before i book again”
“We used the car park at Liverpool Airport, it was very easy to use and we had no problem at all. The whole process was extremely smooth and the car park was very close to the Terminal. We were very pleased with the whole process.”
“I paid £79 for 4 days' Fast Track Parking Late October 2025 (with 2 fast track security tickets included in the price). The map, and instructions sent to support my booking were hugely misleading (as the map shows multiple car parks coloured blue, two of which are NOT car parks - they are drop off zones). Needless to say I ended up in a drop off zone and had to pay £6 for the privilege of the 30 seconds I spent there! Paying to drop off is criminal by the way - you should be ashamed LJLA profiteering in this way. Once I finally found the correct car park, with tensions running high, the proximity of the car to the terminal was excellent. Upon arrival at security, the two fast track tickets supplied as part of the deal, were supported with only one QR code to access the lane. Fortunately, (as it was 6:30am) it was not busy and fast track was not actually required. In summary, the instructions, the diagram and the QR codes all conspired to cause unnecessary distress, but ultimately the car park was close. Please beware the red herrings and trap doors along the way to your gate!”
