“Parked in fast track parking, location fantastic, larger parking bays good, weren't sure if fast track included passport and luggage, if it did we could not find the fast track in airport.”
“The car park itself is secure, however when we got back from our trip our car was met with no room to get into the drivers side. Inconsiderate drivers have parked their car so close to ours that my partner who is a below the knee amputee could not get into the vehicle. This isn’t the airports fault however moreso the actions of inconsiderate drivers. As there’s no disabled spots in this car park we parked here thinking we’d be able to get into the car if everyone parked within the lines which was fine when we left. However this wasn’t the case.”
“Great customer service, really first class. I had a notification on my cars app whilst I was away that my car was unlocked and had been for several hours. Slightly worried I relocked it remotely from holiday and contacted the parking team and within 20 mins they'd checked the car and sent me a video showing all was well. Turns out Volvos software update that had automatically downloaded unlocked the car. So, have road say, absolutely brilliant. Car park is great, space easy to find, 5 min walk from terminal.”
