“We arrived and parked then proceeded to security and to the duty free. An hour before our flight we had a call and there was a family emergency we had to go home. I emailed the parking dept and was told that you do not offer refunds. I’ve not had a response to my last email. Disgusting really. I am in the process of reporting this to trading standards”

Such a relaxed experience. Easy to find, very short distance from car park to terminal, simple entry/exit. All in all excellent. Well done.”

“The problem I had was to find the correct short term car park.There appears to be no instructions on the confirmation email. I went into the multi storey short term carpark by mistake and nearly had to pay over £200. You have make clear which carpark is for stays of say 4days.”
“Easy to book, well signposted, Fast track parking was right next to the terminal, plenty of good sized spaces. I made an error with the reg number when booking (entered 0 instead of O) so the barrier didn't automatically open - the person we spoke to was incredibly helpful. Even though it's an expensive option, we'll definitely use this car park again.”

“The Meet and Greet Car Park was very satisfactory. The one criticism would have is the directions to find it which could be improved - the video with subtitles was OK but you can't have that as you drive! I had to keep stopping it to write down the instructions. But when we got there the staff member could not have been more helpful, and collecting our key on our return was straightforward.”
