“We used the priority parking service. The location is superb, but the car park is not vert well signposted so you end up at the actual short stay car park, then have to go to the entrance on the opposite side of the airport. Also, when you arrive back on a later flight all the extits to the car park are locked, meaning its not easily reachable.”
“The online booking process was very straightforward and the price was reasonable. On arrival we simply followed the green arrows to the Long Stay car park and then signs to the disabled parking area. It was a 2 minute walk to the terminal. I would recommend Long Stay parking to anyone.”
“used the drop & go service very quick & easy to drop car off just a shame it’s a walk with luggage to the terminal especially when one of the terminal doors out of use. & didn’t help that the weather was terrible, might of been easier in the multi storey, that way
it is only a short walk across the road.”
“Parking my car at Liverpool is convenient. I like the hassle free option of being able to arrive and know my car is in a safe and secure area.
That said, the car park is poorly maintained, there are potholes, weeds, overgrown bushes and the line marking is way overdue a repaint. I am charged to leave my vehicle there at a rate the doesn’t reflect what appears to me to be low running and maintenance costs. People from outside the Liverpool region will use that car park. What message does it give of Liverpool and how we treat customers if you can’t get the first thing they see right and look like it’s maintained.”
“Easy car park to find. 2 minutes walk from the terminal. Car was secure. Barriers lifted in and out, without any issue. So easy I dont think ill use Manchester Airport again.”
“Super easy to find and drop off/collect our car. Particular note to the staff members both at drop off and pick up who were available (not tucked away in an office), proactive and incredibly friendly!!”
“Bit disappointed with our latest stay. Literally 15 mins over time due to slow baggage handlers and had to pay £15 to get out of the car park. At 1.30am I’m not going to argue, not that I had anyone to argue with!
Otherwise everything else was fine, just a poor end to our holiday!”
