“I attended the M and G , no staff to help my elderly disabled mother in law , no wheel chairs , she had to walk into the terminal, which was very difficult, we had carry her at one point !! And on our return the same thing”
“Drove in, parked up, walked to the terminal building and went on holiday. Came home, collected cases, walked to car and drove out. Simple. You get 4 hours grace time too which was handy as our flight home was delayed by 2 and a half hours. Good value compared to a taxi for us at least from The Wirral.”
“Maybe their fault but not allowing a cancellation once in the 24 hours before the flight meant that we couldn’t get a refund when our flight was cancelled the day before due to storm Darragh”
“It used to be cheaper than a return taxi journey from Frodsham. Sadly it no longer is and with an increase in the number of flights more difficult to find a space. It is also apparent that a considerable number of spaces are for the disabled and empty. Please reconsider your pricing structure, especially for regular customers.”
“Good online booking service. Customer service could be improved. My flight into Liverpool was delayed overnight and therefore I incurred an overstay charge. I am trying to get in touch with Liverpool airport parking to receive an invoice for the charge so I can claim back from the airline in a timely manner. My email has been acknowledged, however I am still awaiting the invoice. I would appreciate if customer service could be more prompt in their provision of this invoice.”
“to far away, and cheaper to park closer, why have they put it in the far corner ??, if you use this you will need an umbrella if raining, no cover at all.”
