“Doors from Fast track parking into Terminal were looked so had to walk length of terminal to get in that’s not fast should have used other parking opp terminal”

I booked the car par for one week as a blue badge holder see attached below.
When I tried to exit car park I had to pay another £140 on top of the £46. Original payment surly this is a mistake as I put 23rd Nov to 30th Nov please can someone contact me asap 07447 475117 Hugh.”

“I have used the smart car park a few times now. And it’s really easy to use put your car registration and when you arrive barrier reads your reg and up goes the barrier and not far to walk to the terminal”

“Trying to find the correct place to park is very confusing, and ended up in the wrong carpark. The people at the office on the intercom were very helpful, 10/10. Concerning, with signage everywhere, no stopping, £100 fine, how the hell are you able to find where to need to be without stopping to get your bearings or ask someone. Maybe next time now i've been, it will be a better experience.”

But will say talking to them on the intercom. They were just brilliant and saved me from a he'll i was in . Just brilliant lads on the end of the intercom . I have received a £60 parking ticket ?”
“Very difficult to understand the map that was sent with the booking. Went in the wrong car park and had to pay an extra £6 on top of the booking to get out again.”
“The parking facilities are really convenient and reasonably priced. There is plenty of choice and they are all within easy access of the terminal building by a short walk.”
