“Park Smart is brilliant. So close to the airport and very easy to find. Always use it when i use Liverpool Airport. Good value compared to parking in other airports.”
“Meet & Greet - Easy to negotiate checking in the vehicle and checking out. The departure parking lot was close by. I requested charging of my electric car, and this was done.
Additionally, everything is a short distance to the terminal when pushing a trolley or wheelchair.
I have already booked Meet & Greet for our next flights.”

Online booking system easy and is advisable. Advisable too to take note before booking which carpark you are booking into. I went to multi-storey but should have gone to Smart Park. Pressed for help at barrier and staff member very helpful, put me at ease and gave m instructions what to do next and also directions to get to Smart Park which is not far away, although may prove a little too far/difficult for those with restricted mobilty/poor mobility.
Overall a good experience.”
“When arriving in the dark and wet conditions we found it very difficult for the long walk in the wind and rain to the main terminal,on our way back we took ten minutes to find our car (no numbers or letters to say what row we were in)”
“Used the fast track parking. Arrived 6am and there was plenty of space. Everything was automatic and worked fine. Straight into the terminal.
On the way back I was back in the car within minutes of landing and then on my way. Again everything worked as it should and there was no fuss.”
“Really super resource right outside the entrance to Liverpool Airport. We arrievd back late and had a slight issue with our booking, but the member of their team aswering the call button was incredibly helpful in sorting it out and getting us on our way.”

“I love liverpool airport, but as an international airport the arrival back in England, or to visitors of walking 200 metes or so under a bus shelter , with dilapidated plywood buildings behind and entering the terminal through an old metal door frankly lets the airport and our country down . Please upgrade this whale area urgently.”
“Parking was close by and everything was good, unfortunately being my first time I took a wrong turn and had to pay £12 to get out of the short stay drop off area, a bit better signage required wen entering the roundabout to the airport, but overall a good carpark.”
