“As my partner is disabled, we was extremely disappointed to find that there was no spaces available when we arrived. We ended up having to park quite far from the terminal (where you have drive down under the bridge and back up), where there was parking available. Considering the section we parked in had no cars other than our own when we arrived and when we got back off our holiday, we was surprised and disappointed to come back to a car with dents in the door and a scuff mark on the paint which appears to be from a sign which was by the front drivers side wheel on our return. Maybe there’s a reason people don’t park in that area and considering we parked on an end space, and the side of the car which was dented was on that outer side, it’s a disappointment. I’d strongly encourage more CCTV around the car park as a deterrent for bad actors.”
“Parking is good, walking distance to airport. The only downside is finding an empty spot to park. It took us to drive all the way to the end of carpark find a spot.
Will be using it again as its affordable and easy to use.”
“We always preferred to fly from Liverpool but unfortunately that has changed. Car park prices have increased significantly. No shuttle bus, so when you found a space, which is not easy one has quite a long walk. Unpleasant if it rains.
At baggage claim there were 3 toilets for gents, one was out of order, one overflowing, only one worked. Very disappointing.”
“I used the Smart Park car park & found that it was well signposted and well lit as I arrived very early in the morning and it was very dark. Had to search for a parking spot but that is to be expected. It is still a good ten minutes walk to the departure terminal and not too much cover if the weather gets too bad.”
“Parking excellent when found. The signage to the meet and greet on approach by roads and from the concourse to collect was very poor if not non existent- other than that easy to drop off and drive away. Thanks”
