“Drop off was really good close to departures. however when we picked the car up the headlights had been left on which drained the battery. We did manage to get it started but we did notice another car that we're in the same position.”
“My first visit to john lenon airport and I decided to book the meet and greet car park thinking that would make life easier than multistory. How wrong was I. This was my first flight since covid so lots have changed but the meet and greet is human free. When you arrive you have to book your car in via a terminal and tag and post your keys. Then on return you collect keys from said terminal which tells you when to find your car. It all worked OK but it's wasn't meet and greet plus it's further to walk than multistory.”
“The whole experience was very good, Just one thing let it down for me, When collecting the car, I got a very quick view where my car was, It took my 50 minutes to find it, I would suggest a printable map when you collect the keys,”
“Entry and egress were seamless.
We could have done with bring closer to the terminal, being in a disabled car park.
Cost of parking was pretty high in my opinion”
“The parking was close by but clearer instructions to find the correct car park would be really helpful. We did go to the wrong place. Please make it clearer when booking and also directions on the confirmation, to help.”
“Easy to park at meet and greet, Thought there could be clearer signage,and directions on walking to airport. It was raining, so difficult to find directions.”
“I used the Meet and Greet car park. The check in process was very easy to use. Signage to the facility was clear and the advance communications meant that I arrived without a hitch. On my return, I just scanned the barcode provided and collected my key from the licker which was lit up so I couldn’t miss it. There were also clear directions to where my car was parked. The only thing that prevents me giving 5 stars is the lack of customer toilets. I had driven a long distance and was quite desperate when I arrived. Had there been facilities either in the building or close by I would not have had a very uncomfortable few minutes before I got into the terminal.”
“After parking, the signs to the departure entrance are clear and frequent. However, returning to the car isn't as easy and there could be more signs from the terminal to the various carpark zones.
Also, the exit signs when leaving the airport aren't clear. It would be helpful if there were more clearly marked exit signs.”
“Easy to find car park and ANPR on entry and extras trouble free, another plus was an easy short walk to the airport. Only negative as I wasn’t familiar with this car park was poor visibility of exit signs compounded by the fact that our exit was in the hours of darkness and it was pouring with rain, so I would recommend some more signage as I witnessed other cars driving round and round in desperation to get out.”
“Massive car park, really close to the airport so very handy. A bit pricey.
Unfortunately some ignorant drivers parked their cars across the walkway so we had to walk with suitcases where cars were passing. Perhaps these areas weren’t marked clear enough.”
“I recently used long stay parking. On arrival there were two cars parked in green lane. I tried to go round but they were blocking entry to long stay parking. Forcing me to go round into drop off parking. I then had to make a further payment to get out, not happy.”
