“Very good location almost next to the Terminal, Also a very good key drop off - pick up system with little To no need for any human interaction. (despite being called Meet & Greet) All in all a pretty decent Experience really, even if it was juat a little over-priced when compared to other airports for very similar parking products..”
“We use Liverpool alot as cheaper and easier parking compared to Manchester, but of late you cost has gone up too much, we are now back to having Manchester on our list again.”
“I liked the airport, small, quick through security likes the fact did not have to take anything out of bags. Disappointed the boots had nothing in them, we took hand luggage and didn’t get any travel bits before as planned to get stuff from boots.”
“The lane directly in front of the entrance barriers has no exit. Just put a sign up so people know its a closed lane and therefore avoid having to back all the way out when there are no spaces. Otherwise all was good.”
“I used the meet and greet parking. The signage to get there was poor or non existent. I ended up in a one way system that led to two parking areas that you had to pay to use. I chose one. Luckily there was a security guy near it. I asked where I should go and what I should do about paying for parking there. He explained it to me and I managed to get out of the car park and find the meet and greet. There is no one in the meet and greet it is all automated. Managed to get through that and into the airport. We had to come back from holiday early and I was able to contact airport parking via email. They were very good and our car and key was waiting for us. If it hadn’t been for this last bit of good service I would have given a lower score. Other meet and greet services I have used at Manchester and Leeds and Bradford airports have actual staff to meet and greet you. I also found the cost at Liverpool to be more expensive than other meet and greets.”
“great Service much easier to use than The 1. at Manchester Airport. there was signage to it at The end of The avenue Just before The airport but you're so busy reading all The signs there that you don't know that you don't have time to read it so we went The wrong way to begin with. at The end when we collected The keys there was A map to where The Car was but it disappeared so quickly I wasn't able to take it in it would be much better if it came up at The very end”
“It’s easy to book although there are different car parks and when arriving in the dark they are not very well sign posted so I ended up in the wrong car park subsequently I ended up on the wrong car park and was charged £115 to exit which was refunded in the end.”
“I had pre booked car parking slot at park smart, however, I parked at long stay area and I have been charged for that, despite having had prebooked, but next day I called the customer service, the lady was very helpful she clearly explained my mistake and directed for further process to get the refund.
I received my excess paid amount today.
It was difficult to find the specific place
(Park smart),hence I landed up parking in the long stay area.

“Apart from the signage not being the best to find the meet and greet as it was only visable from one direction. The process was really straight forward to dtop off and collect the car.”

“The booking process, price, directions, entry to the car park were all good. It took a while to find a space and the spaces themselves were quite narrow meaning that my wife needed to get out of the car before we pulled in. Convenience to the terminal and the exit procedure was good. I needed to call for assistance at the exit because I'd put the wrong date on the exit booking as it was the early hours! The assistance was prompt and polite. I have no hesitation recommending the car park and I would use it again.”
