“When we arrived the barrier didn’t recognise my reg plate and go up automatically. I pressed the button for a ticket and went in and parked. When I left, it said I owed £85. I pressed the buzzer to talk to someone and they said I had parked in the wrong car park. I had the email up which told me I was staying in long stay car park and they put the barrier up and I left. Never usually have any issues and it is great. It was all sorted though and has not put me off booking again.”
“I pre-paid and approaching the car park, I wasn't sure from the signage whether I should be going to a specific area but it all turned out ok when the barrier lifted automatically. After that, no complaints at all.”
“The sensor didn't recognise my reg
But with a quick buzz on the intercom..they gave me an ticket all was sorted and got in. Parked under the bridge right near the fence, 2min walk to departure.
Got out with the barrier recognising the reg, no problem.. use this service all the time about 4-5 a year and it's great”
“The carpark was easy to access and the space I selected was only 500m from the terminal building.
The cleanliness of the carpark could have been better (both in terms of litter and organic matter.
Finally, the signage directing the exit both driving and walking could be improved.”
“Pros , easy to park , close to terminal building
Cons , nightmare to find Exit, signposting is poor , car park lights don't work , needs to improve immediately, that's what only 4 stars”
“Four out of 5 only because it's quite expensive. That said, a lot better than Manchester or London! Staff friendly and very helpful, booking online couldn't be easier. Have used the service many times and Liverpool remains my favourite airport in general.”
“It was easy to find and straight forward entry, found a parking place easily, it felt safe leaving car. On return no issues with the car, the only thing I could say that could be better is the exit signage, could be easier to follow.”
“Very convenient parking and literally over the road from the airport. The only problem was I took the left fork which led me into the outdoor car park, as there were cars behind me I had no way of reversing. Unfortunately I was charged £10 despite me simply driving round and out again. I wasn’t the only other confused driver either! So better signage for multi-story would be helpful.”
