“The airport itself was great as usual. Quick checks and security.
The issue is the parking, if you don’t know where you’re going it’s a bit of a nightmare as so many places to park.”
“very convenient location - unfortunately there was a problem with the on-line booking system for my recent visit and I had to make the booking via telephone call. Also the link to the car park location map sent me shortly beforehand was just a scramble of letters.”
“Staff went above and beyond. I returned to a flat battery in my car, security sorted very quickly. Also lost my phone. Stewart on customer service desk helped me get it back.
Thank you.”
“Car Park was easy to find on arrival, the problem was finding an actual parking space in the car park, spent 10 minutes driving up and down lanes to find one. Did try disable bays but they were also full.”
“Directions to parking were good, we had no problems accessing car park. Check in was straight forward.
No problems on our return our car was easy to locate.”
“Good location, clean, secure car park, barrier s worked first time with no issues, easy to book online. The only issue is narrow parking bays. But that's quite common in UK. Thank you, nice to do business with you.”
“Parking was a reasonable price and close to the airport. Wasn't able to get the payment to go through on the website but the lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, friendly and got it sorted in quickly.”
“No issues entering or leaving car park. Very efficient and felt my car was secure and safe while away. However the car park was pretty full and I struggled to find a space initially.”
“The system was down by the time I got there, but staff was handling the situation.
On my way out I had to ring at the gate so they could let me out manually based on the reference number.”
“Overall good but I do think it would be helpful to give a specific zone to park in when you book. We were confused as to which area to park in so just hoped for the best we were in the correct area.”
“We used Meet and Greet - it’s completely autonomous
We booked Meet & Greet, which comprises of you leaving your car in a bay, going into an unmanned building and depositing your keys. Upon return you collect your from a locker. Then head to where the machine directs you.
The car park is closer than the usual one, but calling it meet and greet when neither happen is a bit far fetched.
If you use this service, be sure to ask about blue badge holders, because mine wasn’t close despite the badge being in the car.”
