Parking spaces were a little tight.
We arrived early to park but no issue and leaving we were a few minutes late but again no issue.”
“I had prebooked the smart park but drove into the 'long term' park on arrival. As there were no spaces I decided that I had made an error and had to pay £12.00 to exit the long term and go in search of the smart park.”
“Easy to book online (we booked the long stay car park) reasonably priced, number plate recognition on approach to the barriers (upon entry and exit) and no need for a ticket.
Inside the car park, there were plenty of bays to choose from. Once parked, it is a two minute walk to the terminal.”

“decent price, map provided with parking was awful, please use w3w words. Also, signage off the roundabout needs to be clearer, we, and every car after us, turned down the wrong exit. Lighting is woeful and you really need to do better regarding parking on the walkways. Either add bollards or reline them.”

I booked & paid what was said to be on site parking on the airports website.
We arrived circa 04-00 am the machine read our number plate and barrier raised.
When we returned a week later , turns out there is different on site parking !!
We ended up paying a further £130 on top of out previously paid £78 !!
This was booked on the airport website, wasn't obvious that was different and it certainly wasn't obvious when we physically arrived.
Sour end to our holiday forking out yet more money !!

“We have used the Park Smart area a few times. It's a quick enough walk to the terminal - quite simple. Perhaps one criticism would be that sinage out of the area for pedestrians is, well vague one might say. Once you work out which way to go (dodging the car barriers and car hire hut) the walkway is interupted by the roundabout and you feel Liverpool Airport lost their way too on making this a level accessible trip. Needs some coloured tarmac and a good litter pick. You feel like it's a bit forgotten around the edges.”
