It was not meet or greet parking, and took longer to drop/collect the keys vs using a different car park.

Not brilliant. Still quite a walk to terminal. No one to advise re checkin when you arrive - can be confusing. Arriving back the small locker slipped as I opened to collect my key and locked again. No advice on what to do anywhere! Knocked on blank door and luckily someone was there to help.

The parking was fine and very convenient. I was unhappy that by pre-booking I paid £39.99 for two hours, but if I had paid on the day I would have paid £20.00! I pre-booked to ensure I could park as close to the airport as possible.

Was very difficult to find an available parking space was beginning to worry that if nothing was available I would have to find alternative parking despite pre-booking/paying

Everything was great until we came to leave the barrier wouldn’t go up saying I owed another £15 , I didn’t my grandmother booked and paid for it when she did hers . I was distraught it took me 30 mins to get the barrier to go up I will think twice before I go in it again I had to pay the £15 before I could get out

Staff lovely on the phone and on the tannoy after licence plate recognition failed but the price of the car park was too much and loads of disabled parking out of action due to being used as storage. For 24 hours of parking nearly £40 was too expensive.

No signage to the meet and greet car park. Ended up paying £10 to drive through the long stay car park. Didn’t stop or park .

Getting in to car park no issues, barrier open. Getting out was the problem. Barrier did not open and had to wait. At to press intercom then wait for them to check To see if I had paid was not happy.

Booking, directions including colour coding was fine, in fact very good. Unfortunately the colour coding wasn’t as good in the actual car park, as I inadvertently parked in a restricted zone for pedestrians. The zebra crossing white markings had all but disappeared and the red of the ‘spaces’ themselves was hardly distinguishable from the normal bays. Needless to say I received a fine, which has left a very sour taste in the mouth and tainted what was otherwise a good experience. You could say I should appeal the fine, and maybe I should have…. I would much prefer the road markings and signage were clearer from the outset, and maybe my £60 will go towards remedying that (although I have my doubts about that unfortunately).

Once again the barriers have failed to rise due a failure in the number plate recognition system. Frustrating and embarrassing

Very disappointed. Arrived and there were virtually no spaces, had to drive round for a good lap to find a space. On return I had put 11:15am instead of 11:15pm. Was an honest mistake and would have been the same price if I hadn’t made mistake. I was charged an extra £15 on return to exit the car park. So disappointed

Whilst the location, convenience and ease of use were very good I feel that the parking fees are excessive (£33.99 for less than 24 hrs) and unjustified.

Parked in drop and go parking, very difficult to find with limited signage. Actually had to pay £10 to drive through the incorrect car park because of issues finding drop and go. Despite booking the system wasn't finding my booking reference or car registration number. However car park attendant was very helpful and sorted this quickly.

This is a common occurance, but on exit the machine does not recognise the ticket and have to call intercom for assistance.

Liverpool Airport advertise Fast Track Parking as "ultra-convenience and exclusivity! A guaranteed space and a covered walkway that leads you to your own Terminal Entrance" but what they don’t tell you is that the “special terminal entrance” is locked each evening at a time when inbound aircraft are still arriving with passengers who might expect it to still be open. The problem I’m told is that security are instructed to lock the door when the last departing flights check in has closed. I’ve looked at two days inbound and outbound flight schedules (today and yesterday) and according to my calculations there are 21 flights (circa 3000 people) that are likely to arrive on flights that are too late to use the “special terminal entrance” during that 2 day period. I recognize that not everyone will have paid for Fast Track Parking but I’m quite sure that those who have will not have been notified of any restrictions for using the “special entrance”. I felt particularly annoyed for a wheelchair user who was looking after the luggage while his wife went looking for a member of staff to open the door. I’m a pensioner with limitations but at least I can still walk back and go round the outside of the terminal building however I wouldn’t need to if the Airport had been clear about its restrictive policy when I was making the booking. I wrote to Liverpool Airport more than a week ago asking for a full refund of my parking fees but received a negative response together with an explanation that the door was locked at a time dictated by security policy which is not being shared with customers at time of booking. I have asked for my concerns to be escalated to Liverpool Airport CEO and would encourage others to support my efforts to encourage Liverpool Airport to keep the access doors open until “close of business” or provide full refunds to all customers who are impacted by this poorly thought through solution.
