The signage for this car park was awful - I didn't want to park in the one across the road, wasn't told I was parking there and had to go into two car parks incorrectly before I found it. The walk there isn't safe.

I booked online, when arriving, the automatic barrier or bar code were not working. When calling through they then told me they couldn’t find my booking. After 5 minutes they then were able to find it. Not the smoothest of service and abit disappointing

Communication was excellent, directions easy to follow and no issues parking in allocated spaces. Biggest problem again, for the sixth time in a row, was the fast track security barcode passes. They didn't work at the barriers and had to get assistance from security. Appalling that this issue still hasn't been resolved.

Security was very slow, plan lots of time before your flight as people were having to push in to not miss flight times. Would consider not booking a holiday if it's flying from Liverpool in the future

arrived at airport meet and greet no meet no greet just a load of screens with little or no instructuions were to put you keys , oh and then notcied a letter box that saif post key here, on return scanned barred code only to find a box numberl it up tried to get jkey but locked almot streight away tried to look for a assitance no one to be seen, knocked on a door and a very rude gentle asked who knocked, told him what had happend and was very rude said he cannot do anything, eventuly he managed topen the box to get my keys after cerifying my name and car reg number, then said, did yoiu see were your car was on the screen i said no, he said wel lyour car is out there and went back behind the door, this is not meet and greet its an expansive car park, will not be using meet and greet at Liverpool ever again.

I was disappointed to find that I had booked the larger car park by mistake, previously I had booked the car park opposite the terminl building. This time I was on the other massive park where ther appeared to be no blue badge parking and I eventually found a space at the far end. Very disappointed.

Smart Park is too far from terminal and difficult to find a space. Have ongoing query as I was charged a small extra amount on arrival and another on departure although I had paid in full. Prefer the long stay car park opposite the terminal.

The car park itself was absolutely fine Getting to the carpark was a nightmare, we used the postcode given on the confirmation and it took us and a lot of other people to the wrong carpark. This caused a nightmare as cars were trying to reverse with no where to go when we arrived at the correct carpark the same thing was happening here, cars who were at the wrong car park were stuck at the barrier as there was a long line of traffic behind them. This was at 5am in the morning it would be worse later in the day. This is obviously a common problem which needs sorting, in busy periods the barriers should be manned

Myself, friend and our two 11 year old children found it extremely difficult to locate where to go to collect our car where arriving back at 3am. There was no meet and greet signposted when you leave arrivals and no staff to ask (see picture) It took us over 20 minutes walking around in the dark in the middle of the night before heading to the right location. Having used Manchester meet and greet multiple times because of the ease of travelling with children, I found our Liverpool experience disappointing.

The price has doubled ....myself and my friends have all agreed we will not fly from this airport in future ...due to the cost .

We chose park smart as it was cheaper than the long stay, but considerably more expensive than Manchester airport. Car park didnt feel secure.

Entered the car park very early in the morning so it was pitch black, barrier opened no problem as we’d prepaid. We followed other cars in. We were led to a dead end so all cars had to do a U turn as all spaces were full, and find somewhere else. Poor signage and very small spaces. Expensive and poor layout.

Not impressed that the 'fast track' queue only queue jumps the assisted lane. Disabled people and parents with young babies in prams being pushed infront of with no staff overseeing it didn't sit well with me.

Meet and Greet ??!!! No one met us or greeted us, needs to be renamed Drop off and pick up. Cannot comment on customer service as it was non existent.

I booked the 'multi-story and short stay' car park for 3 days. When I came back I could not get out of the car park. The person who answered the intercom was rude, aggressive, insulting, condescending and of very little help. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and then held me to ransome by reducing my alleged penalty parking fee of £116 (he maintained I was in the wrong car park) to £14 before he would let me out. Naturally I paid this in order to go home, but I object to being over charged regardless of how small the amount is, and the way I was spoken to was totally unacceptable. I have no idea who this member of staff was, and this anonymity has undoubtedly emboldened their awful attitude. Had this been a face-to-face conversation I am sure they would have behaved more empathically. Incredibly unprofessional. They may get away with this with the large numbers of tourists who come through Liverpool, but I am a resident and use the airport several times every year. This character needs to be identified for advice, guidance and customer service training. They harm the reputation of our great city and our fledgling but ever growing airport.

Good location near to airport terminal. Very difficult to find the exit. Very difficult to find the m56 from there . Signage not good.

We were unable to find the ParkSmart car park that we had pre booked. The postcode provided directed us to the long/medium/short stay car parks. After driving around, we eventually ran out of time as our flight was due. We had to park in the long stay car park thus e currying a further fee for parking. It has now cost us approximately £180 to park for 4 days. I have emailed you to ask if there is anything you can do by way of some reimbursement but I have not received a reply.

Parking is easy but only if a couple of rules apply. At the time of booking it wasn’t clear what car park we had booked in and so we went to the wrong parking area. Next, if you’re going to make people walk 10 minutes pushing a 23kg bag please make the pathway smooth. !!!!!!!

Despite paying more for the multi storey car park, it took 15 minutes to find a car space. I will not use this car park again.
