I booked the 'multi-story and short stay' car park for 3 days. When I came back I could not get out of the car park. The person who answered the intercom was rude, aggressive, insulting, condescending and of very little help. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and then held me to ransome by reducing my alleged penalty parking fee of £116 (he maintained I was in the wrong car park) to £14 before he would let me out. Naturally I paid this in order to go home, but I object to being over charged regardless of how small the amount is, and the way I was spoken to was totally unacceptable. I have no idea who this member of staff was, and this anonymity has undoubtedly emboldened their awful attitude. Had this been a face-to-face conversation I am sure they would have behaved more empathically. Incredibly unprofessional. They may get away with this with the large numbers of tourists who come through Liverpool, but I am a resident and use the airport several times every year. This character needs to be identified for advice, guidance and customer service training. They harm the reputation of our great city and our fledgling but ever growing airport.

We were unable to find the ParkSmart car park that we had pre booked. The postcode provided directed us to the long/medium/short stay car parks. After driving around, we eventually ran out of time as our flight was due. We had to park in the long stay car park thus e currying a further fee for parking. It has now cost us approximately £180 to park for 4 days. I have emailed you to ask if there is anything you can do by way of some reimbursement but I have not received a reply.

Parking is easy but only if a couple of rules apply. At the time of booking it wasn’t clear what car park we had booked in and so we went to the wrong parking area. Next, if you’re going to make people walk 10 minutes pushing a 23kg bag please make the pathway smooth. !!!!!!!

Despite paying more for the multi storey car park, it took 15 minutes to find a car space. I will not use this car park again.

The car park prices for the drop off/ pick up area are absolutely scandalous!! The jump in prices from one allotted time to the next cannot be reasonably justified. Basically, you have a captive audience,..and you're obviously making the most of it, because there is no alternative,..and you know it. People who frequent the airport view you as nothing less than a greedy, grasping, profiteering company. Shameful!!

The inward parking went smoothly, but as a person with mobility problems, I wasn't directed to, or given the opportunity of booking a dedicated mobility space, if there are any? Therefore, the walk to and from the Aitport from Zone K was very uncomfortable. On my way home (outward) I had booked yo leave from 8pm, allowed extra time, but arrived after 7pm and the automatic number plate recognition said it did not recognise me. I spoke to an advisor, who sounded very suspicious of me and you me through various checks, almost disbelieving despite my showering all her questions, and providing her with my booking reference number (I had printd out my invoice - thank God. She let me out, but her attitude was unfriendly. Yes I managed yo park, but quite a distance from the terminal given my disabilities, as a lonely traveller. Improvements could be made.

I found my first experience using the Long Term car park quite frustrating. Having pre-purchased my parking all I received was a 'ticket' which showed my booking details and which I could save in my Apple wallet. It never included how the 'ticket' could be used. When I arrived at the entry barrier 'which I thought would open automatically by reading my license plates) I had to take another ticket from the machine to be allowed entry. Prior to collecting my car I tried to determine in the terminal at the pay machine how to use my pre-paid ticket. As there was no attendant I had to press the help button and was then told to drive to the exit barrier and call the help button once again from there. I did that but was then interrogated by the person answering the call as to my details of my pre-purchase -name, date of booking, registration etc. finally the barrier just opened without me receiving any explanation. I would have thought that by pre-paying my parking all barrier actions would be activated my reading my license plates. Really poor overall experience and poor customer service!

Perfect location. However, narrow spaces some not clearly marked You are using the services of a company with a reputation of scammers to take advantage of the poor marked spaces and to issue fines, will avoid in the future for this reason , the rest of the airport experience is at least 4star

used meet and great for the first time at Liverpool. Not impressed by the distance we had to walk from car park to the terminal and back when we returned. Glad it was not raining. Will either use the normal carpark which is a short walk or revert back to Manchester

Car park was reasonably priced and easy to find but we had a disabled person but needed to take the disabled badge on the flight for use abroad. Signs tell you to go to the car park office. We spent an hour looking for and asking all staff where this office was but no one on the staff knew. We eventually had to drive out of disabled and leave the car in a distant corner and struggle.

The number plate recognition camera did not allow me into the car park. I also scanning tried the QR code from my phone, but this also failed with a message saying it was not recognised. I pressed the assistance button but had no answer. I had to press for a ticket to enter On my return, the assistant was helpful and used by booking reference as a means to verify my booking Overall, the experience was not great

Parking space was hard to find. A large number were cordoned off with cones. On the plus side, it is close to the check-in hall and price was okay, but not exceptional.

I rebooked online for the multi-storey, which was fine but when I tried to leave, the post by the barrier said I had to pay £174. After speaking to someone, I eventually resolved the matter.

Whilst parked at this airport, I came back to find that my spare tyre had been robbed. This was a bit of a shock as when initially booking I checked to see what the security status was, and it said 24/7 onsite security which was not visible in the slightest. The car park says fenced off and secure yet it is very easily accessible on foot. I will not be using it again unfortunately

My flight was rescheduled 2.5 hours later and I phoned to adjust my arrival and departure times for Meet and Greet accordingly. The phone number was chargeable as an 0845 number and cost me £3. I was advised that the amendment could be made but would cost an additional £19. I was also told that if I was more than 4 hours later than booked it would cost another £25...I decided to risk leaving the booking as it was...disappointed with the whole situation and then to find all automated with no staff there when dropping off or picking up....hardly meet and greet....

Unhappy. Parked in disabled spot. Needed to take badge etc as going to a funeral & needed parking. Arrived back to a Privacy Notice saying that you felt the car was parked illegally. Emailed to say that we are disabled badge holders. No response to date. Over a week now.
