We used the Meet & Greet Park Park at Liverpool Airport. Let say there was no meet and n greet. The car park was poorly signposted. Only by chance did we spot the small sigh on the way in for the third time of looking for the Meet & Greet. Had it been dark when we arrived ant the airport, we would have missed the sign completely. Also we had the postcode put into the Sat Nav. That resulted in an £5 charge to leave the drop off. Access on arrival at the car park was fine, depositing the key wasn't easy, no one to ask or greet us. Then the walk to the airport terminal building. Had it been raining heavily both the cases and ourselves would have been soaked. Not a great way to start a holiday. Coming back no one to meet or greet and the key retrieval process was ok. The instructions as to where the car was actually parked were vague to say the least. Lastly, the car near to us had its quarter light smashed and there was glass all over the floor. Looked like someone had tried to break into the car. So all in all we won't be using meet and greet at Liverpool again.

Poor. Desperately needs a makeover. Direction markings have faded away completely in parts and more exit signs needed, making it very difficult to exit the car park if not familiar with it.

Easy enough to arrange, but the problems begin on arrival. I paid nearly £40 for a stay of 33hrs, but was driving around the Long Stay carpark for 10mins, just to find a free space!

Badly marked signs , if any, to the terminal and no safe crossings. On leaving the exit signs were poorly placed and misleading.

Not enough spaces took 15 minutes to find an empty spot. Price has increased from £45 to £75 for no reason. £45 was reasonable, £75 is a joke

Used "Meet and Greet" car park. Definitely not meet and greet, automated system replaces human involvement and was confusing. You are not met and greeted when you drop off your vehicle. You have to walk with your luggage to the terminal (no assistance) . On return, no human contact once again. To call this "Do it yourself" system "Meet and Greet" is misleading

Disappointed as prepaid for space but had to park so far away from the terminal. It was poor. Perhaps prepaid drivers should have an allocated area

Followed instructions to the letter. Bar wouldn’t recognise reg number. A very rude woman told me to check my booking and go to the long stay. On returning I had to pay £15 to get out even though the booking covered the time I was parked.

Poor layout, no space until right at the very end, not easy with luggage and kids

Barrier did not recognise my car registration. Operator gave me a ticket from the machine to help as I was becoming delayed for my flight. Barrier did not recognise my registration on return to car. Used help button to exit barrier.

Had to park car at least 10/15 minutes away from departures as no closer spaces were available and we were travelling with my 86 year old father.

We chose meet and greet, signage is very poor, we struggled to find it, however once we did staff were extremely friendly and talked us through what to do when we return. We returned around midnight, in the pouring rain, no signage in the airport, we knew roughly where to go as we had obviously parked there - we ended up walking on the road to the find the cabin as we could not see it from the airport - the lesson is to pay much more attention as to where it is when you park - but at that point you are more excited about going on holiday!! You really do need to improve the signage, there was no-one in the airport to ask due to it being midnight - altogether not the best experience.

Couldn’t find meet and greet car park Signage very poor We ended up in drop off zone and had to pay £5.00 to exit Eventually found it There was nobody there to assist or advise They need to take lesson off Manchester meet and greet , which is a much better experiance

Meet & Greet hard to find resulting in wrong car park and paying £10 to get out. “ Meet & Greet” implies an actual person present and there wasn’t !! Otherwise ok

Had booked the fast track but when we arrived there were no spaces left. Another car arrived so we all asked someone in the meet and greet where to park. We were directed to the family fast track which had spaces and more room between vehicles. The fast track car park is very small and cramped and wholly unsuitable. The "covered walkway" is laughable. On our return from holiday to pick the car up, we drove round the family fast track car park and it was completely full - only our vacant space was available. I dont know what we would have done if both car parks were full. There is no "space" management and no other information if you cant find a space. Its doubtful that we would park at the airport again and the normal fast track car park is a joke. There's more space at our local convenience supermarket! We'd also be very hesitant to use the meet and greet facility - I dont know if vehicles are parked on site - perhaps Liverpool Airport can comment how this is managed, where vehicles are left and what security is available to look after the vehicles? Unfortunately we would NOT recommend - get a taxi or a lift to the airport!

I am disabled and normally you have more than sufficient parking but this trip you had halved availability of disabled spaces so we spent half an hour trying to find a space which eventually was as far away from front entrance as was possible....very disappointed

Could not get a disabled space anywhere and driving around for over 30 minutes for just a normal space we had to do without a blue badge space and found it very hard walk to the to the main building .

"Meet & Greet" didn't seem to include either meeting or greeting. It was all D.I.Y. On our return the automated box containing our key malfunctioned. Thanks to a member of staff working on Sunday, he was able to open the front panel to retrieve the key. Overall not a great experience.

Personal opinion but i think the parking spots should have numbers and that each booking gets allocated a parking spot. We drove around the car park for half an hour trying to find an empty spot and we we're already late due to an accident on the way there. Also a car had parked in the road space blocking the one way system at one area so us and 3 cars had to reverse all the way back because of it
