“I took a wrong turn (headed towards the wrong car park) and due to the one way system, barriers and no one answering the telecom, I had to pay an extra £6.00 to get out, and get to my car park.”
“Used the multistorey car park. Excellent - no complaints. Prepaid and no issues with entry or exit. Easy to find, easy to park, right next to the terminal building. Stress free experience.”
“Meet and greet was easy to find and use during daylight hours. Signposts to parking zones, however were difficult to follow at night. The signposts also to meet and greet as you come out of the airport could be clearer and are better lit.”

“Well we didn't do very well to prepare for our parking at Liverpool airport - holiday stress I guess! However we can't fault the friendliness and flexibility of the car park staff who not only found us alternative parking to relieve our panic, but also helped us feel human and reduced our embarrassment at our error. Carl in particular was fantastic, although everyone we spoke to (in order to explain things at various car park entrances and exits) to explain things, was exactly the same its just we don't have their names! Really welcomed everyone's help and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future - albeit we'll be a bit more prepared by then. Thank you”
