“What more can I say? It's incredibly easy to navigate the multistory facility and quickly access the airport. I would definitely book again for my next flight from Liverpool.”
“First time flying from Liverpool, and it was a great experience. The M&G was so easy to find and use, the self serve terminals inside are brilliant but someone is on hand if needed. My car was waiting where I was told it would be on our return. Excellent service”
“Car park was easy to find, but lack of gritting meant that it was incredibly icy, and the conditions were dangerous. I would choose an undercover car park next time. The exit signs were also hard to see, so that could be improved upon.”
“Very good but due to no fault of the operators of the car park or flight was cancelled due to snow. We used the car park for 3 hours instead of 5 days 4 nights but can't seen to find of any information on if we are entitled to a refund maybe we are or we arnt but would be nice yo no for future bookings as use the carpark regular”
“I use Liverpool fairly regularly and I much prefer it to Manchester as it is closer and a lot less stressful. I've used the car park a couple of times this year. The price was very reasonable but there is one glaring problem and that is the size, it just isn't big enough. With the increased amount of passengers using Liverpool airport I think you need to bite the bullet and build an enormous multi storey facility which no doubt is being considered by senior management.”
“Great parking so easy apart from coming out my mistake booked it till 2 o'clock I so though but should have been 14.00 so got charged an extra £15 🙄 apart from from that great will defo use again.”
“Easy to access and generally easy to find a space - just a short walk from the terminal We prefer to take flights from Liverpool when poss as so much easier to park”
“What can I say, well walked from long stay car park to terminal was like a building site, walking from gate to plane "outside in the cold and wet" never again. Returned from holiday and outside walking again. Tried Liverpool once never again. Just booked two holidays for 2025 and both from Manchester airport as warm arm and dry.”
“Very close parking to terminal entrance, although it wasn’t very well signed posted on approach to the airport. Upon our return from our breakaway, the same terminal entrance door was locked, and we had to use another door further away to exit the terminal, which left us a lot further from the car park. Oh, and for some unknown reason, we didn’t have our security fast passes that we paid for with our parking cost. Why?”
“My only citisism is that the map i do not think shows you clearly where the fats track parking is. i think the email should show the road that you go down that takes you behind what i thought was fast track. I must say when i got to the barrier and i got the communication device to work, one didnt, he was very helpfull and guided me out and back to the right area.”
