“When l arrived at the barrier and did as instructed and waited for my registration number to be recognised. This didn't happen so l pressed for assistance. Although l had pre- booked and paid in advance l was told that my booking wasn't showing on the system. I then had to give reference number which solved the problem. This caused me to delay the driver behind me.
On my return l knew where my car was parked in zone F but it was difficult to access because there was an area cordoned off.
Having said all that l found it much more convenient to park my car.”

“The procedure was simple, the only problem I had and it wasn't the car park fault was that my smoothie drink exploded in my car and it took me 30 mins just to clean the drivers side window screen, the car was an absolute mess, for an exemplary review the car park could of helped to clean it.”

“Always stay in the 'long stay carpark' when we nip over to Ireland'. It so easy to enter and exit. Always plenty of room & literally 5 minutes from the terminal. Easy to book & good communication leading upto the day of your booking. Would have given 5 stars ' but" & a big but' The price per day has sky rockets. It actually cost me £60.99 to park for 4 days!! It cost me less than £50 to hire a car at knock airport for 4 days. To me this just doesn't add up?? We travel to Ireland to my wife's mother 3 or 4 times a year. It was only last year long stay parking was under £10 a day. This was financially manageable! Now it's nearly £17 a day. Why oh! Why spoil it' nearly a 70% increase ' that's "profiteering" a good thing I say. Come on please stop & get things back in order.”
“Decided to book the long stay for a day trip to Belfast and it was easy enough to register and gain access. Price of £35 was reasonable and gave us the convenience of getting there and back.”
“We booked longstay parking and had difficulty finding a space close to the terminal. We did find a space but it's location was not ideal - my wife has mobility issues. Barriers worked fine and opened when required by number plate recognition.”
