“Essentially this isn't a meet and greet, more an electronic automated drop off and go. No staff in sight at pick up or drop off. However, the convience is worth the price and such a minor piece of feedback. Maybe change the wording or add to the wording on the website so that other people don't expect a model in line with Manchester Aiport, where you are met and greeted by staff.”

We stayed in the long stay car park in November. The booking was straightforward and ran like clockwork. On approach to the barriers our number plate was recognised by the ANPR camera and the barrier opened straightaway with a personal greeting on the screen without me having to even wind my window down.
A 3 or 4 minute walk and we were inside the terminal.
Coming back was just as easy and we simply loaded our bags, drove to the barrier, which opened straightaway, and off we went.
I felt the car was safe whilst we were away.
(One tip when you make your booking - book your entry slot much earlier than you intend to arrive and your exit slot much later in case your flight time is brought forward for departure, or you're delayed on your return).”
“I have never used parking at the airport before, I always worry about finding the parking location, how easy or difficult it is to access and leave and leaving keys behind for the car. I was unable to get a taxi and with having small children it was easier for me to drive. I found a car park at the airport were I could keep my keys with me, access was simple with number plate access and it was just across the road from the airport. It was affordable, simple to access and my sat nav took me straight to that specific car park, great location. Now I have used that car park I would absolutely use it again if needed. I definately recommend it.”
