“Never gone out of Liverpool before. I can say it was very quick and easy nand relaxing. On our return to receive our keys it was so quick to show us where our car was that we missed the location and we thought it said A maybe a map on the wall would have been easier as the member of staff that we spokie to just said somewhere out there, which at 3pm in the morning wasnt very helpful. But we found it and was on our way. Atleast next time we will be more prepared.”
“The carpark was easy to find .. a space took a few minutes to obtain.
They could do with disabled parking close to the exit. As I could not see any signs for disabled parking. Otherwise easy enough.”
“Liverpool is our favourite airport. All staff excellent and helpful. Security is really good, quick no long queues. Car parking good, very close to airport.
Food and seating areas clean. Announcements very clear.
We will always look for flights from Liverpool and book our hotels around this.”
“Lets face it, Speke was never easy to get to by public transport so whaddya gonna do? Drive!
And its easy. Satnav the airport. At the terminal, turn right, drive in, barrier lifts, park, walk back 5mins. Take a brolly if its raining.
Couldnt find my car afterwards (are there even any zones?) and no one ever uses the walkway so you are dodging blondes in heels and curlers with huge suitcases. But yeah, just park n go.”
“Easy and simple to book online, just drive up and the barrier lifts automatically, expensive if you flight is delayed, I was 3 hours over and it cost £15”
“No problems at all, got straight in and parked very quickly. Easy getting out also. Usually use off site parking as it tends to be cheaper but thought we would try this for convenience and will definitely use again”
“Easy to find, straight in and parked no problem. A five minute walk to the terminal. After 4 days away the car was still there with not a mark on it. Straight back out of the car park, no waiting to get out. Will definitely use again.”
“The Long stay parking was very simple to find my daughter is disabled and we had to wait for someone to return to their car after their flight returned in order to get a space but that's understandable then it was a bit of a rush to get the luggage out to get over to departures ..on return getting out of the carpark was easy BUT when we got home my daughter had a ticket from the car park of a £100 fine as in our panick to get to departures her disabled badge had not been displayed properly we have appealed and it takes upto 28 days to get back to you but you have 28 days from issue to pay it so hopeing it is sorted soon as causing my disabled daughter a lot of upset and anxiety.”
