“This was booked during the January sale on parking prices. The launch email didn’t give any discounts? I sent an email to you pointing this out and didn’t get a reply? Tried a few days later and it worked fine. I always us the fast track park and as usual the ANPR reader didn’t work to let me in? It’s never worked for me on at least 5 occasions? It’s a standing joke now. Tried driving closer and reversing a bit but have to call for help. Number plate is of a standard design. Getting out too has never been that smooth either? Either not reading the ticket or time before last it flashed up £600+ to pay! Anyhow, this time it actually worked! It would be helpful to place signage to say the fast track parking entrance has been locked too. Not very fast track having to back track and then get extremely wet into the bargain!”
“Very good parking, however, I would advise to re-paint the road markings. It was initially difficult to find out what direction to travel to the exit.”
“Was disappointed with poor admin I had to change the registration number of the vehicle and received confirmation this had been done - when I assumed at the barrier (fast track parking) it would not open - spoke to customer services and they took my details and opened the barrier - on my return the same thing the ticket would not work - spoke again to CS and they asked me registration number - obviously nothing had been amended although I had confirmation from yourselves

“Signage to get to the carpark is not very good and postcode doesn’t take you directly there if using a Sat Nav or Goggle Maps. We found it by process of elimination, that said it only delayed us by 10 mins, others did have the same issue.
Carpark is ideally located and short walk to terminal although the walk isn’t under cover so in bad weather a little unpleasant.
We prepaid, everything worked (entry and exit) and went smoothly so am overall good experience.”
