“We booked the multi storey parking which was easy to book and pay for. However, we happened to arrive on the day there was a national Microsoft problem so the car registration reader wasn't working. The staff though were extremely helpful and we managed to park ok. On the way home I messaged the airport to ask how we go about leaving the carpark and she have us a code to give to a member of staff and they let us out with no issues. The multi storey is right opposite the departure and arrivals lounge so very easy and convenient to use.”
“Whilst I've personally never had a problem with your airport or parking up using long stay. I would always advise keeping prices low whilst still maintaining the airport. The fact you don't charge for drop offs is brilliant. The reason why I drive to Liverpool and use your parking is because I'd rather do that, than have to pay for a family to simply drop me off/pick up at Manchester.”

“easy booking service and the entry/exit works fine. The multi-storey entrance should be more clearly marked as I followed the signs to the car park and missed the left turn to go the multi-storey entrance. Luckily there was no car behind me so I was able to reverse. The spaces are very narrow for 4x4 which is always the case with undercover car parking. Easy access from the car park to the airport terminal.”

“Parking here is a little more expensive than others but for us and a weekend away it was easier. Found a space quickly , I had unfortunately booked the wrong ticket so leaving the car park was a bit tricky but the staff dealt with it speedily and fairly. Will defo be booking again”
“Booked in Fast Track area but arrived in middle of IT outage on Fri 19th July. All barriers out of action so had to call operator to get in. All resolved very quick;y and parked up very close to the terminal. On exit again the barriers failed to open, probably as hangover from earlier problems with car not registering as having entered. Again operator answered quickly and opened barrier. I would imagine in normal times the parking would be quick and convenient. Reasonable price considering ease of access to the terminal.”
“We chose meet and greet parking however it was such a struggle to find it as there were barely any signs. You pay more money for m&g for ease so expect it to be easy to find ! Once found, it was a great experience”
“Really easy to book on line. We parked on the multi story. Excellent price for 3 days parking. Multi story was clean and well lit. Plenty of parking on level 4. When we returned, our car was exactly as we left it and as it was undercover it hadn’t been covered with bird muck. Easy to get on and off the car park as the cameras read our plate and the barriers opened automatically. Faultless. It’s also the first time we have used Liverpool Airport. Although there isn’t the same choice of destinations that Manchester offers, the whole experience of the airport is so much more chilled and less stressful. 10/10.”
“ecently used the airport parking service and found it to be excellent in terms of parking availability and accessibility. The location was convenient, and getting in and out was hassle-free. However, my experience was marred by their inflexible booking policy. While away, I needed to extend my booking by an extra day but found it impossible to make changes online or via customer service. This resulted in an expensive overstay charge upon my return, which was quite frustrating. Overall, a great service if you’re sure of your dates, but beware of the hefty penalties for any last-minute changes.”
“Once we found the entrance we were parked up and keys deposited within 10 minutes. Close to the terminal to walk without needing trolleys.
Picked keys up on returning and our car was parked right outside.”
