“Pretty straightforward parking process although could do with better signage on T-Junction as it doesn’t show to turn left for meet & greet. When using screen to book in it asks you to scan your barcode but there isn’t one on the booking.”
“Long stay car park is easy to arrange online. It was pretty full but we managed to find a space. The barrier is number plate recognition so no need for paperwork or ticket etc. The price is pretty hefty in my opinion but everything is expensive these days!”
“Car park is a distance from terminal . Difficult with mobility issues .
Also open to elements , when we returned it was raining so got wet getting our car back.”
“Ideal only negative thoughts, had to drop off daugther in hilton short stay car park and had to pay £5 for 5 minutes before returning back to long stay later on which was fine”
“New fully automated service is good - once you understand the process but for may including me it was a lot to take in along with the normal stress of catching a flight.”
“Tue website was easy to use and on the day the ANPR system worked with the barrier automatically raising. To save time once at the airport it would be beneficial if there was a board indicating what levels have spaces. Also the service was a little costly with no concession prices.”
“Long stay disabled parking on the front row was my goal as I can't walk far. I got exactly that. I parked up at three am, so I was pretty sure there would be spaces. The building work and harris fencing hindered the parking a bit, as I was unsure if parking was allowed here or not. 12 days later I returned. My cars tyres were all up and the car started ok, so I was a happy bunny. I did collect a number of scratches parking here. Probably from cases, so next time I will not park on the front row, but tuck myself in a corner somewhere. I do a few holidays a year and most of the time I fly from Liverpool. It's not the tidiest of airports ,but it's charges are way up there with the big boys .It's not free or even cheap to get dropped off at the airport anymore, so using my car is my only option if I want to go on holiday abroad. This car park suited my needs best.”
“We found a space quite easily and it happened to be relatively close to departures. The only issue was the weather, as it was pouring down. The pedestrian walkway from the car park had a huge puddle at the curb and I was pushing a pram, so I couldn’t avoid it and I got wet. We also had to call for help upon exiting because our car reg wasn’t recognised, but the guy on the help button let us straight out. We’d definitely use that parking again.”
