“The car parking when arrived was smooth and efficient. The only issue was finding the meet and greet car park in the early hours of the morning. The postcode just takes you to the airport and after entering the wrong car park and having to stop a passer-by to direct us we eventually found the correct car park. I can’t fault the actual service though.”
“Never had any previous issues , but this time our flight was delayed by 2 hours.
On the booking it said to pay excess at the machine but when we tried it said Reg not valid. We couldn't get in touch with anyone, so we haven't paid our excess and worried about a fine. An out of hours number would be a good touch in the email or by the machines.”
“Great service and swift process in and out of the Airport. Only snag would be the Meet & Greet signage isnt clear enough when coming to the airport in the dark. Everything else is, bar this section.”
“Easy on-line process, easy getting in and out of the car park, but it surprisingly very full so finding a spot took about 15 minutes (LJL Airport must be making an absolute fortune out of customer parking charges, there is no other industry like it for exploiting their customers)”
“booked online long stay, 6 days, arrived at the barrier instant access, 3 minute walk to terminal, flew out , arrived back, walked to car drove to barrier straight out totally hassel free....only bad point is the price,£80 im flying out from heathrow in a few weeks for three weeks and parking there only £82 for the three weeks , better value at heathrow. if it was say £50 id have given the 5 stars”
“Happy with multi story parking but entrance is very close to the drop off I unfortunately took the wrong turn and ended up in the drop off area I had to pay five pounds to exit signage should be better”
“It’s expensive but very convenient. For environmental (and cost) reasons, I do wish that Liverpool Airport was better connected to public transport eg a train station between Lime Street and the airport. Guess that’s not going to happen anytime soon though!”
