“Much like the rest of Liverpool Airport, overall brilliant service level. Secure easy to get in to and close enough even during bad weather. Leaving the car park at 4 am was the most challenging part of the experience.”
“Liverpool airport parking is very close to the airport so an incredibly short walk which is particularly important in poor weather. Very easy access in and out and decent parking bay sizes. I do believe additional external lighting is required to the ramps from the short stay carpark to the long stay carpark. These ramps are overshadowed by tree canopies, they are dark and slightly menacing and do not create a sense of safety or security for female travellers and uses.”
“We parked up barriers opened fine but when we arrived back barriers didn't open so we had to press help button on machine. We were answered really quickly and were able to get away on our journey home.”
“Everything is great, the only difficulty was actually finding a space. I know it’s a big ask but maybe allocating spaces for people who have pre booked so they can go straight to a specific area or spot”
“Easy to find park etc the only prob I had was that all my save radio channels were gone like someone had been messing with my radio which I wasn’t happy about ?! X”
“When arriving we thought that being behind others with lights on that we would be directed from lane 3 to a parking bay. After 10 minutes without movement we discovered that all we had to do was abandon our car in lane 3 of the Meet and Greet zone. Signage to abandon car on entry was not clear.
Otherwise great and I will use again.”
