“Soo easy, good signposts to get to Meet and great. Check in was simple with clear instructions for drop off and return. Will do again should we fly from Liverpool”
“We paid extra for the meet & greet parking. We were disappointed to find that it was a self check in where we posted our keys in a box and likewise when returning from our holiday. It was to scan a receipt (which could easily be misplaced whilst on holiday). Then check in again which advised use which box our key was in. The self check in gave a brief description of where our car was located. Meet & greet gives the impression of a far more high level service, should be renamed as self check in. In future, we wouldn't pay the extra again”
“Long term parking was busy but we found a park without too much trouble and it was only a short walk to the terminal, so very easy. Pre-booking online saved a lot of money.”
“No signage telling us where to go for the meet and greet. Ended up driving through the drop off point by accident and being charged £6! Finally arrived at meet and greet / no one there! Sign said do not park in spaces on left but didn’t say where to park. Whole thing was stressful”
“Really convenient for the terminal - 5 minute walk. Much less expensive for one week’s parking than getting a taxi. Easy to find and get in and out of. All in all, a very positive experience.”

“Very good. ANPR at the gate meant it was a very easy entrance. Managed to get parked just behind the multi story so only 3-4 minutes to the terminal even with all the bags. It actually makes us want to choose Liverpool over Manchester because it's so easy.”

The only issue is way to the airport for pedestrians is not very well signed and driving/exiting car park A in the car took me a while (lack of clear signage).”
“I find this excellent service. I'm disabled and have been left stood in cold and in the dark early hours waiting for taxis that never turns up. This way I pay the same as taxi journey but I can get into my car and on my way without a lengthy wait”
