“Used the long term car park, even at the furthest point away from the terminal it can't be more than a 5 minute walk.
My only problem was on entry and exit, the ANPR camera misread my number plate as DW instead of OW therefore needed help to exit!”
“Our eventual parking spot was perfect as it was directly next to the terminal. However, the directions to it were awful. We entered 2 different car parks trying to find the Fast Track parking, and had to pay to get out of both. Please ensure you give exact directions with signage to the Fast Track car parks.”
“I’ve booked a parking spot in “long stay” car park in advance. Going in, I was in a rush. The barrier would not open and we had to call for help and let them know our registration number to be let in, which delayed our entrance.
After the holiday, again when leaving the parking, machine was showing “wrong car park” and wouldn’t let us out. Had to again call for help, had to find and let them know the long booking reference number, for the lady then to ask our registration number. She then let us out. There was no other exit to use as we drove round the parking a few times, so this was the the to use. Quite inconvenient upon both entering and leaving unfortunately.”

“Parking space was hard to find. A large number were cordoned off with cones. On the plus side, it is close to the check-in hall and price was okay, but not exceptional.”
