“We used the Meet and Greet parking at Liverpool with no problems. It was easy to find given the instructions provided and the dropping off and collection of keys was straightforward. Would use again”
“The problem I had was to find the correct short term car park. There appears to be no instructions on the confirmation email. I went into the multi storey short term carpark by mistake and nearly had to pay over £200. You have make clear which carpark is for stays of say 4days.”
“Easy to book, well signposted, Fast track parking was right next to the terminal, plenty of good sized spaces. I made an error with the reg number when booking (entered 0 instead of O) so the barrier didn't automatically open - the person we spoke to was incredibly helpful. Even though it's an expensive option, we'll definitely use this car park again.”
“Parked in multi story for 6 days reasonable value and it made it so easy to get in and out of the terminal circa £100 which is on par with major city car parks”
“The Meet and Greet Car Park was very satisfactory. The one criticism would have is the directions to find it which could be improved - the video with subtitles was OK but you can't have that as you drive! I had to keep stopping it to write down the instructions. But when we got there the staff member could not have been more helpful, and collecting our key on our return was straightforward.”
“Disappointed came back to a fine on my car when we arrived on 23/08/2025 at 4.15 am there where no spaces available my wife has a spine fracture and has arthritis in her hips so we had to find a space as quick as possible near to the terminal, I've paid £130.99 for ten days parking so I would like you if possible to sort this out as I'm upset over this”
